17Although the procedure was terribly unpleasant, my tech was lovely. He checked on me and did everything he could to make sure I was OK.
Sooner than the admin portion was out of the way, and after an hour wait, the testing began. The tech was very professional as well as the radiologist.
Nice facility and good staff. They seem to operate around the clock, so convenient appointments are available. Went there twice this year.
They want you to arrive 20 minutes early, but both times they did not call me until 20-30 minutes after the appointment time, so be prepared to wait. Otherwise everything is good.
The technician was excellent. I had two MRIs one with contract and one without. I was in the MRI tube for two hours. I believe this is a very long time to be in a tube. I was not told I was going to be in the MRI for two hours that is extremely long. Price God I had my Jesus there with me!
Technicians that do the procedures are great, but the front end staff are, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! When a patient has an issue about something and try to get it resolved, front desk staff members REFUSE to give their names and refuse to give out information in order to get ahold of upper management. Found them caddy and laughing between themselves AFTER an unsatisfied patient was sent away unhelped. TERRIBLE! We have been to this office for MANY procedures and EVERY time, staff is wittnessed being rude and unprofessional!
I was asked to be ten minutes early to my appointment which was at 2: 40. I wasn't looking to than wait til 3: 15 to be called back for my CT scan. Waiting is not easy in itself. However, no fluids for hours before the scan is much more difficult with the passage of time!
First MRI in my life. The professional attitude of the technicians was excellent. They explained everything and I was very comfortable during the whole operation.
Tech that brought me back pa that my test today were AWSOME they both were very professional and explained to me what was being done.
Professional yet friendly greeting. Medical staff explained clearly what was going to be done. One of my better experiences with an imaging facility. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends or family.

But I must say the Nuc. Tech Rosemary at TVI is so awesome. She made my son and I feel real comfortable. She explained everything to us and was such a sweetheart.
As a claustrophobic person, I was made very comfortable. The whole process was quite soothing and painless. Would highly recommend.
Not much to say, which is actually a good thing now-a-days. The staff was professional, friendly and the company sent the paperwork ahead so I could register before I showed up. That was a great thing since they wanted information I needed to do a little back history on.

I was an appointment at the end of the day (9: 40pm) The staff was clearly over their shifts, not welcoming at all. From the beginning before we started the MRI the tech made it sound like we were not going to get good images and I would have to come back if that happened. During the MRI he came in several
Times to change the coil due to not getting a good signal. Each time he came in his demeanor changed and he was more frustrated, at one point he aggressively tied my feet together which caused me so much pain in the knee I was having scanned. I started to feel like a child laying there that was getting in trouble. When the scan was finally over I asked if he got what he needed and he told me “not really I will send what I got to the doctor but I’m
Not going to lie your knee is a little meaty”. I was humiliated and frustrated. The staff had left and I was escorted out the back door at 10: 45pm.
My appointment was on time and the lady who check me in was very nice The technicians were all business they explained the procedure that was ahead of me. I did have a very sore left shoulder with cramping and with an abrasion on my elbow while rubbing the cylinder during my procedure but I survive.
Check in and MRI process great as always. Make sure you fill out everything online ahead of time. Makes the checkin very short. Wait of 45 minutes after appointment time if 640am could be better. Techs and reception very good and friendly.
My appointment was for 12: 40 and was asked to be there by 12: 20, I was there at 12: 18 but was not seen until 1: 20. No one let me know that they were running late and finally at 1: 15 I asked how much longer and the lady at the front desk called back and they told her 5 minutes, at 1: 20 I was called back and MY MRI was started.
I was very pleased with the MRI staff and there professionalism. I have had a number of MRI and CT's at this facility and have always been pleased with my treatment but this time not so much. I had to cancel other appointments while waiting.
The staff was very friendly and understanding. I got in quickly for my tests and everything was explained to me thoroughly.
