The wait, with no prior notice from the front desk, (e.g. Announce or post a wait time) was horrific, but the XRay Tech was cool and very professional. You really need to hire about 2-3 more people just like him. He deserves a 5, the rest of the “team” brought him down though.

This place is great, except I do NOT understand why you can’t be seen unless you have your physical “paper” imaging order. Sometimes it’s months until you can even actually get you imaging done “date wise” per doctors orders. I got my order four months earlier but couldn’t go in until September 30th at the earliest so within those four months I miss placed the physical paper but luckily I took a picture of it on my phone which was thankfully acceptable. Unfortunately the lady behind me didn’t have hers, similar situation as myself except she didn’t have a picture of it. Although TVAI had it in THEIR computer, they turned her away! Simply because she didn’t have her “paper order” they would NOT see her for her appointment that she made six months prior BTW as well missing an entire day of work to get her CT scan done. I think it’s an ABSOLUTELY ridiculous rule! If you guys have all the necessary information on the “digital order” that was sent to TVAI by a persons doctor…just see the patient end of story! Who do you think you are? !? Who’s running this place? ! A crucial part of someones medical report like IMAGING having a rule like that? ! COME ON! You could be seriously hurting people and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

I was in and out. The technicians were super kind and made sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. I was very grateful to have gone there…because I despise MRIs!

Walked in for X-ray and it only took about an hour from the time I checked in, not bad for walk in

This office is very good at telling sick people, NO. Since I have been here the front line/office has said no to everyone that has asked a question of them. I don't know what the questions are, but alot of no.

Front desk was fast and helpful and the XRay tech was super kind. I came I'm at 5: 40pm with no appointment and the wait was not long.

As hard as the staff tries this place is just organized chaos. Always always running behind. I waited 2 hours to get an x-ray. They do not make appointments for x-rays!

I waited an hour and a half for a four minute X-Ray. After I already waited 20 minutes they started sending people to the location off of rancho pueblo road because it had shorter lines. I wish they told me that earlier. I will applaud the workers because many patients were being very rude and they were not rude back. I would not say they were nice overall but they were not rude at least. I felt that they prioritized other patients over me because I was younger. This location needs to up their staff and allow for x-ray appointments. I will be avoiding this location as much as I can.

Excellent service, caring and Timely technician. The process went smoothly and I am looking forward to the results. The only fly in the Ortman was that it was originally scheduled almost a month ago but was canceled by RadNet because of the lack of technician.

The wait for an X-ray was ridiculous- over 2 hours! Why they don’t take appointments is a mystery. Once I was seen I was treated professionally and I was in and out but the wait inexcusable! Oh, did I make a comment about the wait?
