Had an issue with a GMC accessory, I contacted my service representative (Emerson) he was able to get me in that afternoon. Once there a Tech verified that said accessory had a malfunction. New replacement part is on order.
Overall my experience was excellent I am sure that is due to Emerson and the other staff I had interacted with during my service visit. Professional, clean environment and good staff not much more you could ask for from a GMC dealer.

I came here previously to get a tire I ordered online for my new truck and I received an entirely different tire when my name was on it. Then I had to drive back (45 minutes) to get the correct tire. Scheduled my routine maintenance first time for my truck and the individual Kyle didn’t seem too organized about his duties and when I asked him he said oh god and he told me to stand and wait until someone could give me the paper for my vehicle. I stood in the room for a couple minutes when I told one man (Cody) so do I just stand here until you guys call or how does this work? He said oh I thought you were on the phone …. Not the most pleasant experience here for anything you say the least they seem unorganized and careless.

Service manager Mike is great. Nice attention to detail and feel safe taking my wife's car there. Safety first!

Take your business somewhere else other then here. Had a horrible experience which resulted in me not buying the truck after I had left a deposit. They harass you with phone calls and texts until you answer wanting to know if you are still going to purchase a truck AFTER YOU LEFT A DEPOSIT. When somebody leaves a deposit for something it is usually because THEY ARE 100% GOING TO BUY IT.
