Katherine is absolutely amazing! We spoke to several realtors before going with Katherine for our purchase in CA. She was by far the most knowledgeable on every aspect and was so genuine in wanting to find the RIGHT home for our family. Katherine Materiale is a very professional Realtor, but not only professional she is caring about our real estate needs and more. We met Katherine about 5 years ago while she was having a neighborhood garage sale, and I join the neighborhood as well. Once the garage sale was over she stop by to say hello, I invited her in to meet my husband and as we spoke we felt as if we were speaking with an old-time friend. Once we said our good buys I followed her on Facebook. At the time we first met I had no interest in selling our home, however, ' when the time came I first thought of Katherine. We made an appointment to have an interview with her regarding the future sale of our home. Once the interview was over I stated that we were not quite ready and that my husband and I wanted to interview other realtors. Our house is due to close On December 19t. We are moving to Virginia, however, if we were to stay in Murrieta California Katherine Materiale would always be our Realtor of choice.
