I have leased 3 vehicles from Temecula Valley Toyota and my family has leased or purchased 3 vehicles. We have always had the vehicles serviced there as well. We have always been treated very very well.from sales to service. I am happy to recommend this dealership! Great service, wonderful folks and all in all a good experience.

Went in with the car and price I wanted and was in and out very quickly. The saleman showed me only the exact car I wanted, no upsale, went for a test drive and worked with me to make sure I git the price I wanted. The best thing about it was how fast it was. It was a Saturday, so it was pretty busy but I was seen immediately and was out fast enough to enjoy my day.

Positive experience at Temecula Toyota Service department. Ruben Vizcarra was my service advisor and he took good care of my needs. Highly recommend.

Sold us a car without telling us that it had a previous accident. Very dishonest salesman. Do your research before buying any used vehicles here.

It was a great experience. Cole was able to help me out with my truck purchase and helped me get parts on my truck that had slight damage replaced. I felt no pressure in buying a vehicle from them so it felt relaxing being able to tell them exactly what I wanted. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I was told there was a certain truck trim in stock and when I arrived it was no longer available. Luckily Cole did find me another model to satisfy what I wanted.

When an appointment for service I thought that would be long period of time waiting. I got surprise it was very fast nice the gentlemen who help me with the paper work everything was fast efetive Thank a lot for your service.

With Joaquin’s help I was able to trade-in my 2008 Toyota Matrix after 13 years of reliable service, for a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid. It took a while & I was growing impatient but my wife and I are glad we resisted the temptation to “go with the competition”. So far, we are delighted with the RAV4 and look forward to many years of reliable Toyota service. Thanks also to Jesse and everybody else that assisted us.

Many times I hear friends say Don't take your car to the dealership for maintenance because they will charge you more and replace parts that don't need replace. This is totally False with my experience with Temecula Valley Toyota for past 5 years.
Always advised about percentage of ware and tear on parts and what to expect.

Kenneth was amazing, super sweet guy and did everything he possibly could to get us the very best deal possible. He's super transparent with the whole process and never once left us feeling like we got a bad deal or were pushed into buying something. Overall an amazing experience with Kenneth and TVT. Would 100% shop here again thanks to our guy Kenneth.

Never coming to this Toyota again. This is the second time i’ve showed up WITH an appointment where they don’t let me leave my car because I arrived too early. Both times I was prepared to wait for my car to be ready and wasn’t allowed. I recently moved to this area so I wanted to give this Toyota a second chance but I won’t be coming to this one again.

My 2004 4RUNNER needed only a minor service because I’ve always taken the truck to a Toyota Dealership. I’ve been to many in the last 17 years all in Southern California. One suggestion I would have for Temecula Toyota is to have an area like Crown Toyota does for their customers to wait. They have a wonderful area and a small cafe also. TV to watch in a comfortable surrounding and if you want to wait outside you can. Hope this suggestion is worth the time I took to write it…

I could not have been more satisfied with the service at Toyota of Temecula. Gil was outstanding in keeping me informed about arrival of my new car. After this beautiful car came he was so good explaining all the bells and whistles of the car.

Everyone had great customer service and answer my questions. They call a week later if I had any questions.

I used to get all my previous cars serviced at independent mechanics, but after experiencing free 24-month "Toyota Care" at Temecula Valley Toyota, I have continued to take my Sienna here for service. They are very friendly and their prices are comparable to independent shops, plus you get first class Toyota mechanics working on your car. I recently bought new tires and they matched Costco's price! You can't beat that.

Very professional and provided fast service. I received updates of my vehicle service from my service rep via text message. This helped me a lot since I was trying to run errands as well. Definitely will be back!
