The gym is closed for months. So is the study room. No longer 24 hours laundry.
Also all the outside grills were taken down.
Parking is never enforced.
Management is always sending passive aggressive emails.
Feels like you're being watched as the management is here 24/7.

I've lived here for 2 months and the place itself is nice; however management is like an HOA. We've received weekly emails about every single thing. We can only have plants outside if they're in good condition, we can't have holiday decor up past the holiday, etc. It's college apartments not a gated suburban community. Truly a waste of such good apartments because of ridiculous rules. Also it just feels like you're always being watched.

After living here for two years, I can say the quality of these apartments have really gone downhill. New management has instituted ridiculous rules about amenities including a pool dress code and laundry room hours. They continue to raise the rent ridiculously high without making updates to the units. The pool and location is nice, but dealing with management is aggravating and pointless for the price you have to pay to live here.

I lived here for the 2021-2022 school year. Overall I enjoyed living here since it was at a convenient location where I was able to get groceries easily and get on the bus to go to campus easily. The area is also pretty peaceful so there isn't much noise at night.

These were the pros and cons of this apartment complex in my opinion.

Pros:
- Kind staff and quick maintenance requests
- Walking distance to Safeway and Market Place
- Close to Sutter Hospital
- Unitrans bus stops & 42A/B bus stops are nearby

Cons:
- Laundry uses coins so you need to get those. Usually Pam at the office could exchange dollars to quarters though
- Thin walls
- Kitchen isn't that big

Very clean and lots of vegetation its gardens are very clean with its spacious and comfortable rooms its excellent maintenance service and customer service in its offices to keep work orders up to date and very quiet place
