I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Temp Air System. They were very responsive to all my questions and got back to me right away. My quote was detailed with clear explanations of the work to be done and labor (lower in cost than 3 other companies I had quotes from). Because of rain, I had to reschedule my install and they were super accommodating and made the process completely painless. The crew arrived on time and were extremely professional. They understood that aesthetics are important and worked with me to place vents exactly where I wanted them. Everything was done with precision and care for my old 1922 home. It only took them two days to install my new system and run all the vents. Amazing! The system is so quiet and is running perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC. They are possibly the best company I've ever had work in my house.

Jason arrived on time to evaluate our situation. Several options were discussed. The conclusion was that this was not the optimal solution to our situation. There was absolutely no sales pressure and this as highly appreciated.

My review is based on his knowledge and professionalism…. Not whether or not I actually used them. Mathew was very thorough and knew his stuff. Haven’t made up my mind about which AC company going to use but Mathew was great.

I found Temp Air through the Fujitsu website as I was searching to install a mini split system to replace my central air. I requested an estimate, Matthew stop by my house and evaluated all the rooms, then explained the options to me. He used this time to educate me on a few things. Initially we started talking about the Fujitsu mini splits then Matthew mentioned that his company is Diamond, Diamond, Diamond Elite with Mitsubishi Electric. And Mitsubishi carries a newer ceiling cassette that best fit my needs and so we ended up going with Mitsubishi.
Matthew gave me a few financing options as well, and the estimate was competitive (He gave me a few other discounts)

I elected to go with this company for the following reasons:
1) Matthew is very knowledgeable and represented his company well
2) Family owed business and not a large corporation
3) Temp Air is top notch to install Mitsubishi mini split systems (and checked mitsubishi website)
4) Temp Air has an A+ in the better business bureau

The installation is scheduled to occur in the next week and looking forward to a successful installation. I will update the post as we progress with the project.

Update 4/3/2023:
TempAir Team completed the five zone mini split installation and all went very well. TempAir sent me the A Team (Angel, Roberto, and Andrew) to get this project done well and timely. Everyday during the project, TempAir sent a text message notifying me that the Team was on the way to my house. The Team arrived on time, prepared to cover the floors and furniture then went to work on the project. They were very respectful and kept me informed on the progress for the project. Thank you TempAir for the care and diligence in completing the project at my house.

Mario and partner were courteous, on time, honest, and awesome overall. On time, great attitude, and great service. I would like to request Mario in the future. He is very knowledgeable.

Israel Lopez was very professional, kind, and prompt. He cleaned the Sensors on our Heater (Natural Gas). This was our first time we used Temp Air System from La Puente. We will definitely use this company again. In fact, we will probably be having this company put in a new Heater, since our old Heater is 45 years old.

We used the Angi App to find this company. Karina called me within minutes and set up our Service Appointment for the next day.
