Tempranillo Apartment Homes, Clovis CA

I have lived at Tempranillo since late May this year. I love the location of these apartments. It’s close to the high school my oldest son attends, which is just 3 minutes of a walk. It’s in the vicinity for Fugman elementary, which my youngest son attends and the main reason for moving into these apartments. The place is pretty quiet. It’s close to the foothills which I love to cycle in during the nicer weather times. Close to the lake and stores. The proximity is incredible for whatever your needs may be. I love the use of the pool in the summer months and I’m sure if I utilized the gym, that would be helpful too, but it’s available at all times. I have a garage which is so helpful for keeping my car cool in summer months and warm as the winter months approach.

I have a 3bd 2 bath and I think the size is pretty good for a family of 3. I had some maintenance issues in the beginning which were small inconveniences, but they were taken care of promptly.
I give 4 stars not because there’s anything bad or something to complain about, but would like more community amenities available, even though I know what I was getting when I signed up. But other than that, I haven’t experienced anything major of an issue. It’s been nice living here so far. The manager, Brianna is always helpful when I or my son has any questions.
I Would recommend living here!:)

I am not sure about other things, but this is a trap-and-tow apartment. If you frequent guests to your place, you may need to consider living somewhere else.

I love this place! I recommend Tempranillo to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment in a great location. The community looks clean and the customer service from Brianna was amazing!

Maintenance part of it was great, got the situation contained and maintained, but scheduled appointment was late

How funny.the tow truck guy lives inside the apartment and the tow truck is parked literally outside of the apartment! What a view! Be careful! You will get towed! Lol.

Easily the worst place you can live. For $2200 you can have an apartment with no AC that was never actually fixed just every month had a bandaid fix (Freon leak) never got below 90 degrees inside, over flowing trash cans, no parking, a manager who doesn’t know customer service if it hit her in the face, a management company who is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. They sell you a dream and deliver a nightmare!

Nice spacious apartments, well maintained. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. I like it very much!

The apartment complex is very nice, modern and spacious. Briana, at the leasing office is very helpful and she made the application process very easy. Overall, so far very good experience.

Brianna was such a wonderful host and guide showing me the floor plan for the type of apartment I would like to acquire in the future. She took me through the property and showed me the amenities and gave me multiple options for affordability. I look forward to becoming a resident in the future!
