Doug was awesome! I asked a lot of questions about the Lux Breeze and he answered all of them with excitement and positivity. Working with him made me and my partner super excited to upgrade our tempur-pedic. The Lux Breeze soft is definitely the way to go.

William was great help, super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions although some of them are really unusual. If you want great Tempur Pedicure experience, go to WeHo branch and ask for William.

Great flagship store with very friendly people. Doug was helping me select the mattress he thought would be right for me and I purchased the LuxeAdapt Firm. There was some question whether I could use the foundation I already had (different type of mattress) for the new mattress and Doug took the time to call the manufacturer of my current foundation and in the end we figured I did need the specific Tempur foundation. Doug made sure I got the free accessories I was entitled to, and there was no pressure throughout the entire time from the day I first looked at the different mattresses to the day of the purchase which I really appreciated. It was clear Doug had my best interest in mind throughout, and he was very personable and easy to talk to.
The mattress and foundation were delivered a week later in pouring rain but since both were covered in heavy plastic that was not a problem.
I’ve had the mattress now for two weeks. Initially the mattress was really hard and I’m trying to break it in which I knew would take several weeks. Since I haven’t had a memory foam mattress before my body also needs a bit of adjusting. I will try to update this review after several more weeks of breaking in.
I will be recommending this store to my friends who might be looking for the Tempur Pedic brand.

Came into the store to make sure the size of the pillow I was eyeing actually was comfortable. The testing process is sanitary and quick, and they provide a thin sheet for the mattress and pillow. Very friendly and upfront about prices!
