12/25/2021 (Christmas), I tried to order a new report for my prospective tenant. I encountered the following error message:

Credit Report - TransUnion + Vantage ScoreExpiration: 02/23/2022?
We have tried several times, but apparently this CREDIT BUREAU is currently unavailable. We will keep trying to get the report you requested, so hold tight, this usually does not last very long. Refresh this page in a few minutes or call us to get an eta. Thanks.
I checked it again on Sunday 12/26/2021. The problem remains.

I sent an email to tenantAlert on 12/26/2021 and did not expect any feedback on 12/26. Amazingly, tenantAlert customer service replied my email on 12/26 as follows:

Thank you for your patience, the bureau was down due to maintenance but the report is there for you to view now.

I checked tenantAlert website and found the report is available.
That was exceptionally excellent.

TenantAlert provides all the information I need to screen a tenant. Their customer service is always helpful and they pick up the phone right away. I like that they give me or the tenant the option to pay for the report. If you're looking for fast credit and background checks TenantAlert is your best option.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have a perfect credit score on Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. When I used TenantAlert it produced a score 200 points lower with inaccurate information. This information included wrong career/employment data that never related to me and medical bills that didn't relate to me. Ultimately, I could not use their credit score because it showed "poor" and obviously would get declined. When I used my own Experian Report, my score was EXCELLENT. When contacted customer service for a refund since my score was 200 points lower than Experian, their representative Neerellyn responded claiming there is nothing they can do. I immediately asked to speak to the supervisor, and I was transferred to a gentleman named Scott. When speaking with Scott, I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional conversation. He claimed he was the owner of the company, as well as the customer service manager. He was abrasive, condescending and outright rude. He wanted to give me a history lesson about credit scores, which I did not let him do. I simply wanted a refund since the report produced nothing accurate. He refused the refund ($35) and said if I tried to put a stop payment on my credit card for the $35, that he'd send me to collections and ruin my perfect credit. This is a disgusting and cruel way to treat a customer. I immediately ended the conversation. I then searched online and found Mr. Jeff and Robbie Cronrod are founders of this company. I sent them both emails regarding the situation, and never received a response. To all customers, leasing agencies and relators. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would never recommend using them ever again.
