9Our Doctor Ward is always great, but 3 hours plus is a bit to long to be in a room waiting for him.
My son Fractured his wrist and was referred to another local orthopedic that could not see him for a week. I called Tenaya because Dr Ward is listed on my insurance (PPO) as a provider. They got me in first thing the next day without a referral and got my son in a cast. Overall a great experience. Dr Ward and his staff set my 10 year old at ease and explained to him the fracture, and the healing process and time. Dr ward even brought out a model hand to show him. I highly recommend them.
Doctor cares about his patients and for them to be 100% better and healed up right. As well doctor is very gentle and kind. He knows what he’s talking about knows his stuff well.
Very professional! The only complaint or advice i would give to make it better is to maintain overflow of patients and the time it took to be seen by Physician.
