Restaurant Tender Greens reviews
11Very nice place to have a healthier food in the mall. Roberto always makes it a bit more fun with a nice conversation.
Great healthy balanced food and very friendly service all the time! I am a frequent visitor here because of their friendly atmosphere. Tried a lot from their menu: seasonal veggies, steak, tuna and salmon are nicely cooked, arugula side salad is delicious! They always have some seasonal specials that are worth to try.
The whole staff was so great and helpful. Roberto and Jacob were amazing! Roberto was so kind and welcoming. He offered us drinks, talked with us, and gave us warm, genuine service. The food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back here. Best service I’ve had in a while. I wish I encountered more people like the ones you have on staff! Thank you Jacob and Roberto!
This place has a cool vibe. The food was good, not amazing, but does the trick. Everyone at the table was satisfied.
Zero stars if I could give! Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes to learn they forgot to make our food.
I have been to this location a few times and the quality is always consistent. The staff is friendly and the ingredients always are fresh. And the area is always clean.
It’s a Thursday afternoon, around 14: 30-15: 00. After taking the order AND 15 minutes of wait.
- SORRY WE DON’T HAVE MEAT!
- Oh, ok i don’t want a refund instantly, give me some olive oil cakes instead.
- WE ONLY HAVE CARROT CAKES RIGHT NOW!
Seriously in Century City, in all this glamour and luxury; YOU DONT HAVE MEAT? OR A CAKE?
Let me tell you what they have DRINKS.
Enjoy your visit here!
I had a great experience at tender greens today it was my first time and the manger Josué was very helpful and attentive well be going back.
Went to Tender Greens in Century City. Ordered salmon plate w salad. The most horrific restaurant experience. Salad/lettuce not washed and had sand in it! Salmon was so small size of 3x3! They hire staff with no experience and management does not exist.
I don’t know why this place is still in existence.
But then again this is Los Angeles with majority dummies.
The food was AMAZING! But can we talk about the hospitality? THANK YOU so much Josué! For going above and beyond taking care of me and my children we'll definitely will be coming back.
Racist or Careless?
Went last Saturday with my family was there about 30 minutes before closing and I feel so dissatisfied with the customer service and food! So many complaints not sure where to start. The line was long for no reason when we get to the front we are told there is no chicken but one which is chipotle! Why not tell the entire line or have someone at the door to tell everyone. So we aren’t wasting our time! We didn’t get bread with our meal when it’s included! We didn’t get drinks that we bought and had to wait almost until closing for them to bring us both! My poor daughters mouth was hot from the only chicken they had and she has a food allergy so she couldn’t get any other meat! Not to mention the chicken was dried out possibly due to the cook refusing to make food an hr before they closed. I am appalled, I seen other people get the correct order and even checked on. Is it due to our African American skin? I truly hope not! Can’t think of any other reason. Unfortunate I really loved tender greens. I never felt so disrespected
