Tenroku Sushi reviews
15The food is good. What I liked the most is the concept. Something different to try. The service was ok, the girl wasn't very helpful.
Love this revolving sushi restaurant. They constantly add food to the conveyor belt so you don't have the same sushi going round and round forever.
Staff is also really friendly.
Small sushi place has decent price and quality.
Fresh fish, good tastes. Price: $40-60/person
Never have been a fan of "Carousel/Boat-style" sushi restaurants but this place changed my mind. Food and service was phenomenal. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!
Good sushi but I found it a little expensive and reminds me of the time I had conveyor belt sushi in Japan.
I visit this conveyor belt sushi often, and it has never been disappointing. The fish taste fresh, and their torched toro is a must.
Good food. Around 9 pm they stop making the good plates and you gotta order it from the chef. Overall I found it fresh.
My daughter has seen this type of sushi restaurant online & wanted to try. It was pretty much like you see in videos. We went just as San Francisco was opening back up after the pandemic. It was super busy. The food so so. Gave it 3 stars because it’s worth trying.
Great sushi place. Very reasonable price and generous portion. Had uni, sweet shrimp, toro, touched toro. Everything is fresh and tasted as expected. At some point they also put out fresh akami sashimi which were huge bites a piece on purple plates (sub 6 bucks).
Generally cheaper nigiri when compared with rest of the city. $5-7 per 2-piece
I like getting unagi (eel) and belly pieces. Salmon Hamachi and tuna.
One of The Best place for sushi lovers. Big variety of sushi.
The fish quality is superb, super fresh and melts in your mouth. The sushi rice was delicious. Definitely will recommend if you are in San Francisco stop by Tenroku Sushi you won't regret it!
This place totally surprised me! I had my expectations low because I normally associate conveyor belt sushi with bad quality rolls that are filled with mayo and fried items. The items offered at Tenroku though was fresh, high quality and full of different nigiri options. I would actually come here for quality fish and not just the fun on the conveyor belt.
The intimate seating around the chef’s table reminded me of the small sushi joins in Japan and the waitress was great at constantly keeping of green tea cups filled and cleaning off the lids of the dishes that we piled up next to us.
Ask, and you shall receive. So don't be afraid to speak up and ask for the sushi you want to order here!
Servers were very nice but there was a live cockroach on one of the plates I grabbed and another on the conveyor belt, will not be returning.
LOVED this place for sushi. The fish are fresh and delicious. The service was also great and attentive.
