Teqneeq, San Diego CA

I have been a member since May and I have not regret it one bit. The gym is super clean, spacious and full of different training equipment for different individual needs, I have seen machines here that I have never seen elsewhere. The environment is super friendly, great staff and very spacious so nobody feels cluttered, the etiquette at the gym is top notch due to the quality of people in it. Overall would recommend 100%!

I only have positive things to say about these gym! The facility is very clean, spacious and there’s a large variety of equipment available. The staff are very diligent and helpful with whatever I need assistance with. Would highly recommend.

I love Teqneeq! It is such a great gym! Always clean, never over crowded! I love that I can workout anytime since it’s open 24 hours a day. If you are a serious gym rat, you will love Teqneeq!

I scheduled a tour last minute and email response from the team was super quick! I met with a trainer/staff member named Dawson! He was super courteous despite me being 5 minutes late to our scheduled time for the tour. And as he showed me the facility he remained patient with my questions. I also really appreciated how much effort he put to make me feel at ease, at no point did I feel like I was being sold a product. I signed up for the gym membership precisely because of how respected and heard I felt. I look forward to meeting the rest of the team as I use the facility!

This gym is great, staff are supper friendly, they have got the culture and environment just right! This gym has more than everything you need for whatever kind of workout you require.

Great gym! I was at my last gym for 30+ years but had enough of going to a busy gym and EVERYONE is sitting on equipment texting, facebooking, instagramming, playing candy crush, etc… Teqneeq has everything you need without having to put up with all of the idiots who’s idea of going to the gym is spending 98% of their time on their phone. The staff is great! The place is spotless and has plenty of equipment so that you never have to wait and can get your workout done at whatever pace you go at.

Best fitness center in San Diego County. Well maintained equipment, with the majority being new. Extremely clean and no kids playing on cellphones.

Great Gymn with Great staff. The Gymn is always clean and has every type of weight machine needed to get ripped.

This is the nicest, cleanest gym I have ever been a member of. The employees and members are all great. I have not had one negative experience or interaction. Teqneeq is hands down the best place to work out in San Diego!

I am an avid lifter, been lifting for 15+ years, and have belonged to 9 different gyms. This gym is without question the best I have belonged to. They have truly perfected the way a gym should be operated.

There are a few things that separate this gym from the rest.

1. They are open 24/7,365. With my schedule I often have to workout at times most gyms are closed, they solve this problem. I have even worked out on Christmas morning too.
2. It is never crowded and I never have to wait for a bench or machine. They limit the amount of members to insure the place is never crowded.
3. They stay out of your business. If you are certified to personal train this gym provides you a place to work without taking an overhead.

It’s a great community of people, I have made numerous friends that I will have for a lifetime. Everyone here understands the gym and that it’s a way of life, not a trend. The value of this gym greatly exceeds the cost, and because of this I will never leave. Like I stated earlier, they perfected how a gym is operated.

False reviews on yelp.exorbitant pricing for a fairly small gym located in a business plaza ($120/month). Equipment is fairly standard. I assume the draw for this gym is the price point = fewer people so emptier place, less waiting.cell phone and technology policy seems rather pretentious, if not patronizing.staff not particularly friendly or engaged.overall a highly mediocre experience.

Been going here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It brought my love for the gym back. With all the equipment you could possibly need and the amazing staff there to help and answer any questions. You will never be waiting for a machine, and you will never feel more at home then at teqneeq.

Can't say enough good things! I love Teqneeq! Great ownership, friendly staff and awesome community of people serious about health and fitness. There is a wide variety of equipment for all different styles of working out. There is a huge turf with sleds and tires, as well as tons of dumbbells, barbells, bumpers, plates, ropes, and of course a bunch of machines, both plate loaded and weight stacks. The best part is there are so many racks to lift on that you never have to wait your turn to squat/bench/deadlift, even on a Monday at 5 pm! I've met alot of great friends here. Also 24/7 access is a huge plus!

Teqneeq has been such an amazing place for my workouts due to the culture and equipment provided. It is never too crowded while the members are all respectful and personable.

I've been going to Teqneeq for about 5 months now, and I LOVE IT!
Here are the top 5 reasons why. (there are way more)
1. It is a very large gym and it is never busy, I have never waited for any equipment or space ever.
2. It is always spotless, everything is organized and all the equipment is maintained and regularly serviced.
3. The members are all courteous, they put away the equipment they are using, and they clean it too! No loud music or people videoing for social media, no one on the phone.
4. They have SO MUCH equipment and space. I cannot think on one piece of equipment they don't have. From heavy Olympic weights, sleds, cable machines, free weights, isolated weight machines, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettle bells, pull up bars, TRX, dip bars, rowers, ski erg. Plus they have a large boxing area with a variety of punching bags, areas for yoga, jumping rope, turf for lunges or other ground exercises.
5. No vanity, just people who want to work out.

It is just a few dollars more per months than LA Fitness but 1000 times better. LA Fitness was probably good in 1995. LOL!

Hands down best training facility San Diego has to offer. This gym is very functional and has everything you need to help you achieve your goals. After coming here, there isn't another place that you would want to train at, it has everything to offer regardless of your training style!

I have been coming to this gym since 2018! The moment I walked in I fell in love. This gym is noticeably different than any other gym I’ve been to. The first thing I noticed was the how open the gym was, high ceilings, aesthetically pleasing, a turf field, and plenty of space between equipment, all these things keep the gym feeling fresh, always a breath of fresh air. Secondly, there is all the equipment you need for anyone’s fitness goals, from Functional training, crossfit, weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, even boxing, and other general training. Another unique aspect is that there are 7 combination squat/bench racks so you’ll never have to wait to use one. Another thing to mention is how friendly all the members are and how well they keep the gym enjoyable by following the general gym etiquette and cleaning up after themselves. The friendly staff and members makes the gym the most comfortable, clean & organized gym I’ve ever experienced.
I can go on about how this is the best gym EVER. But I will have to let you experience it for yourself.

The quality of equipment and cleanliness of the facility were always on point. Almost no wait time to use equipment. I was satisfied with my membership.

The best gym out there! Very low crowds so I don't have to worry about my machine/equipment being open. Equipment is very new and well kept.
