Teresina Apartments, Chula Vista CA

I would do 0 stars if possible. After looking at the 2 bedrooms and wanting to see the 1 bedrooms at 5: 02 pm the sales person said it was too late to show the 1 bedroom. They close at 6: 00 PM! Zero professionalism. It's so SAD to have to deal with this when you are trying to move.

Do not move here. We were scammed out of our deposit after they tried increasing our rent by nearly the legally safe amount to do so. There is no parking available, if you have more than one car, you have to pay an extra 100$ a month if you can even find a spot to rent near your apartment. The traffic by the apartments has people racing by at all hours of the day, residents leave trash piled up on their porches, it is not a place worth moving to.

Jackee was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. Throughout the application process, she was readily available to answer any questions. I could not have asked for a better, smoother experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained as well!

Co signed for someone and was served papers 3 years after the court date with over 2000 in interest to pay when they knew exactly where to served me 3 years ago…. There attorneys are horrible, not disputing what I owe this place but the interest was a scam

A beautiful apartment establishment.but
The only problem I have are the Disrespectful neighbors upstairs that acts like no one lives below them. Stomping, dropping things, won't control their kids.

I love living here. Everyone is so nice to us and our little one. We have lived here about 2 and a half years and the location is great. The maintenance and staff are great. Jackée has been a tremendous help and just incredibly personable and just seems to remember everything and genuinely likes to know how you and your family are doing. The office listens to the residents concerns and tries to present solutions when they can.

Such a nice property. Jackee, the leasing consultant helped me out tremendously. She was so professional. I work in Customer service and to have someone who has great work ethic and a caring personality makes for the best experience! Thank you, Jackee!

This is the first time my partner and I lease an apartment and I can say that Teresina Apartments have made the experience a positive one. Teresina is a beautiful place to live. The views are spectacular. Jose Perez, Maintenance provides excellent service. He is very thorough, on time, & efficient.

Parking is horrible if you have guest. There’s a hand full of parking close by that’s only available during off duty hours and are hard to come by. Handicap parking spots are always occupied and used for long term parking (same cars parked there for months). It usually takes a few days for maintenance to fix issues in apartments.

Great place to live. Very clean and quiet. Plenty for the kids to do. We love the pool and the fitness room. Staff is excellent. Jackee is kind and very helpful. I love living at the Teresina Apts.

I had an awful experience. Loud, rude upstairs neighbors, a neighbor below me that was also loud, doors slamming all day, kids running up and down the stairs, etc. In about April/May my apartment became infested with gnats. I don’t ever leave trash or food out so I don’t know why they were there and there were hundreds of them all over. I even found them dead in my freezer and refrigerator. I put in a request to have my unit sprayed and the first time no one showed up. The second time a guy showed up and said they were drain flies and that the unit would be sprayed on a later date. He never showed up. I filed numerous complaints and called security several times after being woken up at like 3am because of my obnoxious neighbors. I was so miserable and depressed living here and management did nothing to help me. I ended up getting military orders to relocate on short notice and I sent them to the leasing office. They charged me $1900 for the month AFTER I moved out because I didn’t provide them 30 days, even though I explained that I didn’t have 30 days notice. I’ve never had to pay that much to break a lease when providing orders ever & I’ve lived in several apartments during my military service. This place is trash. If you care about your sanity, DO NOT move here smh.
