I used a similar company for over ten years. I recently found out that they are not keeping their promises as written in their contract. Terminix picked up where this other company failed. I signed up with a 5yr contract. Both Termite and pest control!

There is not a single positive thing I have to say about using this company. Save yourself the stress and use a different service. This company is systematically flawed.

Terminix did a rodent control inspection which identified a water leak in our crawlspace before it did damage to the structure of our house. They quickly trapped the rats so that plumbing repairs
could start quickly.

My experience with Terminix has once again been disappointing. Although my technician, Dana, that showed up for my appt was amazing. The disappointment, however, stems from being told that I would be scheduled for both pest control and mosquito control and finding out that day that I was not. I was only on the schedule for mosquito control. I was also scheduled for home inspection on that day but the night before find out that that appt had to be rescheduled because the inspector was overbooked and could not accommodate me. I tried to give Terminix another try after being away for years but the ball was dropped again.

I have used Terminix for several years. All of their technicians are very nice and professional, and the best part is no bugs!

Have had only great things to say about their service, responsiveness. Pricing for same Service has gone up from $75 to $109 per visit! Over the years!

The termite inspection was a choke! The service person did not crawl under the house to check. He stuck his head inthe crawl space at one end of the house. When questioned on how he was going to see the other side of the house, he told me by looking at the heater vents. Wrong!

Longtime customer of Terminix Service. Lost count - more than 20 years? We had an infestation of ants at our home and we needed a good Pest Control Service Company to address this issue. We called and used Terminix Service since and we no longer have that problem! Highly recommended company for anyone looking to address their Pest Control challenges in their homes!

This company really is a hit or miss. Depending on the technician or inspector you get. The last few appointments have been very frustrating, there is no communication between both parties. When trying to reach out the call center is useless, I’ve also tried rescheduling appointments and they will still show up. If management is reading this please reach out to me.

My experience with Terminix has been excellent. My technician Stan always arrives as scheduled and secures my property after his visit. They are reasonably priced and the product applied works to create that barrier around my property and keep unwanted pests out without harming my plants. I wholeheartedly recommend Terminix.
