I waited on them for two hours and they didn’t show. When I called to see what was going on, they said people making the appointments don’t know the schedule and they didn’t have any one available… I get that but CALL me and let me know. Immediately canceled the new membership I had signed up for. Believe the reviews they are not reliable.

There is not a single positive thing I have to say about using this company. Save yourself the stress and use a different service. This company is systematically flawed.

Terminix is on time and they provide good quality service. They have spotted problems with insects and addressed those issues during service.

I had Terminex in two prior cities and received excellent service. My first request for service in Napa was in 2022. The Terminex technician sent a picture of the fence that had bikes in front of it and claimed the entrance to the backyard was blocked. Only, the picture was not of the gate entrance. Instead, it was part of the fence on the other side of the house. If the technician would have texted me. I would have known he was here. Since then, I have had Terminex no show 3 times. Today, they were scheduled to come here between 10-12. I arranged for the dogs to be taken somewhere else for a couple of hours. I took the morning off of work for this. I just received a phone call from the Terminex technician who said his handle on the back of his truck broke off, and he can't get his chemicals. And that I would have to reschedule. I jumped through hoops to get a hold of manager David, who promised me my first term of 3 months would be serviced free of charge. However, he was just blowing smoke because I was billed $170 for the first 3 months. REALLY NAPA TERMINEX? I believe this was the worst management display that I have ever experienced. If you live in Napa Valley or surrounding areas, seek out a comparable service. 1.1K people reviewed Orkin at 4.7 stars. Ans 424 people reviewed Terminex at 4.3, excluding this one.

This Terminix treatment is truly effective! Leroy is personable, professional, and thorough, and he is an asset to your company. I hope he remains as our Technician.

Excellent service! We have been using the service for many years. We had one problem once with aunts in the house, and the very next day, someone came over and solved the problem.

I received a call letting me know when Terminix was coming, I knew that I had an annual inspection coming. Terminix came on time, bottom line Terminix did what they said they would do. I have and will continue to recommend them. I very satisfied with the service.

I have repeatedly (more than twiced) asked to be notified when my service appointments are scheduled so I can calendar scheduled service. That has not occurred on the last two service occasions. Instead, I get a phone call from the technician on his way to my home. Last time I was in Maine when the tech called. Moreover, my annual exclusion inspection occurred in September of last year and Terminix failed to follow up with necessary work uncovered during that inspection. It remains incomplete.

Upon moving into my new home I found a large population of ants, wasps, mice, and mosquitoes. My realitor hired a "pest control" company, not Terminix. During our first year with the pest company we continued to have ant and wasp problems. I did not renew the contract, and I called Terminix.
Terminix has done a wonderful job in eradicating the pests. The only problem I had was understanding the initial contract. Once I figured out what I was entitled to, our business relationship was awesome!

A 4 hr time slot was set up for first appt. Was told the driver will call when he is on his way. No call after 3 hrs, so I called back. The Central Call station lady said, “No, that time slot was set up for your local company to call you to set up an appt”. Then why was I told he would call when he’s on his way? She also told me they don’t have 4 hr time slots for service appt. I asked to be connected to my local company or give me the number. I waited more than 10 mins and got disconnected. I called back, got someone in SC this time (I’m in CA), she said no your appt is today and the driver is running late.
Wow! I asked to have him call me within 30 mins, which would then complete the 4 hrs I had been waiting. No call. Disgraceful service. If you have termites, like we do, realize termites don’t wait, they just keep gnawing away. Don’t waste your time with Terminix. Call Clark Pest Control, they were on time and gave a thorough inspection report with pictures.
I called Terminix for a 2nd opinion. Ha! No thanks.
