Jimmy is my technician and he is great! Always on time and always asks questions about the property to make sure he is giving us all the options for protecting our home.

Technician Jimmy Woody has always been professional and he knows his job he is likable, and trustworthy I wouldn’t use anyone else

Always do excellent work in treating exterior of my house to prevent pests, spiders, bugs, etc.from entering the house.

So I had a termite heat treatment done a couple of weeks ago and the technician told me all these things that the person doing the heat treatment were going to do and they didn’t do any of what he said like he said the heat treatment was going to last 8 hours the guy only did it 5 1/2 hours and he didn’t drill holes to ensure the gets to where we need it he just came and went and of course it didn’t work we still have termites and now I can’t get ahold of anybody they don’t return calls I even got it escalated and nothing and they made to charge me right away but once they got their money now they want nothing to do with me even though the service is “warranted”. But if they continue to ignore I will call my bank and place a stop payment and if somebody there is reading this you guys need to improve your customer service because I will never use you again and I will keep leaving bad reviews no matter how many times you delete it you can’t treat people like this who pay you to do a job and then you ignore them once the job is done.

Guy just walked out of my house because i told him not to spray my new borns room, POOR QUALITY, VERY POOR SERVICE 0/10 owner seems nice! Worker was terrible the heat getting to him

These guys take their job serious. They were explaining all the different rodents, and what not to do to attract them. Thanks for your guys knowledge.

Answered all my questions didn't make me feel rushed and did his job very well in a respectable sense. I hope he is the one who always visits. I plan to stay with you all for a very long time. I even told my landlord and he said he plans on hiring you all for his other properties himself. (wish he would have paid for mine but that's beside the point). Thank you for your service guys/gals.

They got the job done. Hope to not have to go through a tenting of my house again. Not fun packing up and leaving your house but Terminix got the job done.
