6I have been scheduled and rescheduled over three times with no technician to come out and look at my property. There is no process to file complaints for wasting my time.
Been trying to cancel since Feb (its now August) and still getting charged. We aren't getting services (we don't live there anymore). It's been no less than 40 phone calls to customer service and it's still not resolved. Every time I call I get a different answer. This company has been a nightmare.
The worst! I payed my expensive year fee.they came out and installed rat traps and termite repellent. I had dead rats in the traps and they never responded to my messages about coming out to get the dead rats out.if they did respond it was with a time that I was not going to be here to let them in.it went on for months so I removed them myself.total waste of money with zero follow up all year.completely useless service.
Not a good company.the termite "inspector" kept on reminding me that he has "20 years" in the termite business. Very unethical. Kept on pointing out that our water damage was actually termite damage. Totally dishonest. He was more concerned about making the $6,500 fumigation sale than actually doing a real inspection. He kept on saying that I have termite damage when in reality there was no termite damage whatsoever. Bad company.trying to sell me something I don't need. I sent out a real honest termite inspector to verify that this guy from Terminix was lying to me. He said that the things he pointed out as "termite damage" was merely water damage.
I was charged multiple charges without proper visits to my home for visits that were not done. After pulling up all documents and service orders I learned the employee documented 5 hours one day, 2 minutes another day, 3 hours another day etc.all FALSE and fake visit orders. NO PHOTOS were taken of the visits which is what they need to do when they work. And they had NO problem charging my credit card recurrently every few minutes for this unbelievable experience. I am now facing costs to have a company go and take care of the work they did not do and they keep saying "the managers have 48 hrs to call you back". Well guess what, THEY WON'T. After 3 weeks i finally got one phone call from a managers cell phone only to return his call within half an hour and its been 3 weeks with NO phone call back! I will be reporting everyone.
