We have 3 Irish Terriers that have always been treated with respect & the best care possible by their Primary vet Dr May & by all the other vets on staff when she wasn’t available. I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners.

To the staff of Terra Vista. THANK YOU! I had to make the tough decision on May 16th 2023. They are nothing but the best here. I do not know how they do it watching hearts break everyday but at Terra Vista they can actually mend them as well.

Thanks to everyone at Terra vista animal hospital. I took my grandma’s puppy Rex in an emergency. After being stabilized he was transferred over to a 24 animal hospital. I received a phone call from Terra vista, asking how Rex was doing at that time he was still on oxygen therapy. Unfortunately Rex passed on a couple days later. We received a condolences card from Terra vista, signed by their team. It was honestly heart warming that they took time to send their sympathies even though he had already been sent somewhere else. They truly care about their patients.

They have their good qualities and they have some really bad ones. One in particular being, if your animal has an allergic reacting or gets sick from the medicine they prescribed, you cannot be seen without paying for everything all over again even though it's not your fault their medicine is making my dog sick. I wasn't offered a discount. I wasn't offered a comp on medicine or even medicine to make her better. I was simply told to return to the hospital and they will charge me full price for everything all over again. So they $400 I already spent was for nothing. Not only is the original problem not fixed but now my dog looks like she is dying. This hospital is money hungry and they prey on the people less fortunate than others. They take advantage of sick and dying pets so they can drive fancy cars and live in big houses.

I came to this hospital because my fur baby needed a dental procedure. The staff was super friendly and really made me feel better and assured that everything would be okay. After her procedure they continued to call to check up on her. They also adored her and I just have to say I really like this hospital. They are very affordable as well

It was our RV mechanic who recommended Terra Vista Animal Hospital/vets. Thank God. The prior two vets we used did not interact well with people and were extremely expensive. They always urged expensive procedures, etc. Terra Vista's vets and all other personnel are amazing. They care for your pets as well as you in relation to your pets needs. They are friendly, caring professionals who go the extra mile in caring for your fur babies and their fees are reasonable. They offer discounts for Senior citizens and have a generous loyalty reward program too. Everyone we have referred to Terra Vista loves them too. UPDATE: No longer offers loyalty reward program.

I have been a client of Terra Vista Vet for many many years. I have always been pleased with their service and friendly atmosphere. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

The staff is always so nice and professional. I bring in my rather large cat and he's a bit heavy. The staff always assists me in carrying him.

This review would have been 5 stars till they did a bait and switch. They told me 600 to spay my 3.5lbs puppy. Then 6 days before the surgery they send me a bill for 988.00. I'll never go back I've called other vets and was told this place is known for scams like this.

If you want a Veterinarian Office that cares about you and your pet this is the place to come. Excellent medical treatment. Great Customer Service and fair pricing. You will not feel like you are just an opportunity to get as much money out of you as possible.
They are caring and kind and explain everything to you and communicate with you. They work to get you in for an appointment or urgent care and don't make you wait weeks or hours. I wish I would have known about them when I first moved here, but I didn't and now I will never go anywhere else again.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Weigand and Terra Vista Animal Hospital! I have been taking my fur children (my dogs) there since 2010. I mostly see Dr. Weigand because he is extremely knowledgeable, very supportive, and genuinely wants to find and explain all the options for your fur baby. My dogs are not pets, they are family and Dr. Weigand and the staff at TVAH know that, and they respect that. On the rare occasion Dr. Weigand was unavailable, I have seen Dr. May and she was wonderful as well. I have seen reviews that say this place is expensive, and yes, it can be costly, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. I pay for fantastic care and knowledge, and that is what I get here! Any time I have had to take my dogs to an emergency clinic because TVAH was closed, I was nervous, because I trust TVAH. I lost my poodle Buster about a year ago, but took him to Dr. Weigand for the 11 years I had him and he was always so good to him. I have since moved from Rancho Cucamonga to Beaumont (45 minutes away) and I still take my current Husky mix Daisy back to TVAH because they are the best!

I am so impressed by the facilities, the staff, and the clinicians at this hospital. I switched over to Terra Vista a few months ago after a series of upsetting interactions at my previous vet. The folks at Terra Vista have been personable, informative, and very skilled at handling the various needs of my pets. Dr. Shearer and her team also handled the euthanasia of my beloved cat with such kindness and compassion that I cannot imagine going to another provider for the care for my animals. I absolutely recommend this hospital.
