I have been dealing with chronic back pain and sciatica for the past year. I went to physical therapy, chiropractors, had epidurals and cortisone shots, but nothing was really working. My orthopedist and spine specialist was telling me if I ever wanted to get back to the old me, its looking like surgery might be the solution. Reluctant as ever to go under the knife, I reached out to Terra. I have now been working with Terra for just under 2 months. With each session, I feel better and I can say today I am not in any pain. That is such a relief having felt the way I have over the last year. I'm slowly working on incorporating the things I used to do, so our work together continues to be a process.
