I've lived at Paseo for over 2 years. If I had the chance, I'd never move out! It's walkable to so many different places ~ restaurants, bars, parks, workout studios.

The staff has always been extremely accommodating and friendly. Whenever we've needed repairs done, they've always helped within a day or so - have always been able to resolve the issues.

The building itself is well kept, it's clean and safe; I've seen security patrolling on a daily basis.

The best part, all the pups we've seen in the building and outside!

Always the best on maintenance request, the technician Cruz was professional and respectful that he call before arrival and finished all the fixing in a short time. I had multiple renting experience before and Terraces was the best at answering maintenance request.

Been living here for a few months now and it’s been an amazing experience. I have nothing but great things to say about the maintenance crew. I’ve had very few problems but when I do they come by super fast and are extremely helpful!

Just extended my lease for another year (I honestly would love to stay even beyond that). Moved in during the peak of the pandemic and I couldn’t be more pleased with the warmth and attentiveness of the staffs at the leasing office. Anyone you see has a warm hello to greet you and just very helpful to make us feel so welcome. Among all the many places we checked, Terraces at Paseo Colorado topped in location, maintenance, convenience, community and most of all the service it offers. From maintenance to the office personnel, everyone I have encountered has been truly friendly and helpful. And one staff that made my move and adjustment just simply easy and calming and a lot less distressful, being in the midst of the pandemic, is Aurelia Ferrer! She didn’t stop until she was sure all was met and taken care of from the office end. I am super appreciative of her warm efforts and kindness. I can not be happier as well for the efficiency and courtesy of the maintenance employees. Always there to take care of the place. Definitely a recommendable dwelling place.

I love living at Terraces at Paseo Colorado. Having been here for several months now, and having moved in during the peak of a pandemic, I can say I have never felt safer and more taken cared of than I have here. From day one, the maintenance and staff have been nothing but friendly and caring. It’s great encountering an employee around the building since they always welcome you with a warm hello. The management staff has also made this troubling time feel so much safer by being on top of cleanings and precautions. There are signs around reminding people of safe ways to live during a pandemic, and common areas such as elevators, are thoroughly cleaned every single day. It’s always so nice to walk into a freshly cleaned elevator. They have also still made living here fun by working around safe ways to have community involvement activities, such as online events and even the gym equipment on the terrace. The live shows on the terrace also brought a little joy during these testing times. I have personally never had any maintenance done on my apartment, but after the fire sprinkler check I can say that these happen in a timely and professional manner. I also love the location and have found my neighbors to be super friendly and amazing as well. I would most definitely like to make the Terraces at The Paseo my home for a while and I would be thrilled to recommend this home for anyone I know.

I was looking at a couple buildings and decided upon this location simply because of Vanessa Rosa! She was attentive, friendly and more than helpful during a stressful move.

I’ve lived at Terraces for a year now and it’s been one of my favorite homes. The staff, especially Aurelia, has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout the process of moving in especially through the pandemic!

Terraces at Paseo Colorado has been our home for the past three years. We absolutely love the location, we are close to a variety of dining and retail. We love that our kitty has outdoor space on our large patio/balcony area, and we feel safe with gated parking and community security. Thank you management and maintenance team for always taking great care of us!

We moved into our home at Terraces at Paseo Colorado in May of 2020. Liz and the entire team were so helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The community is meticulously maintained and all of our non-urgent maintainance requests were addressed within 24 hours. We feel lucky to have found this place!

UPDATE: I have updated this review from 1-star to 4-stars due to the excellent customer service I’ve received from the leasing agent, Aurelia throughout this process. While I was not able to get my full refund, as I had hoped, the management company did refund half as a gesture of good faith and I appreciate that. I still would like to warn people to be careful of holding deposits being automatically withdrawn from their accounts in Pasadena if they are in the process of looking at multiple apartments but I do appreciate the leasing agents at Terraces and the hard work they put in.

I want to start the review by saying that the leasing agents here are all excellent but—-

Every other apartment I applied for ASKED me after approval if I wanted the apartment and wanted to put down a holding deposit. Terraces does not ask, they take the deposit without notice.

I was deciding between another apartment and Terraces and I decided to take the other apartment. I tried calling the office at Terraces and no one picked up. I sent the leasing agent an email thanking them and telling them I was going to pass on Terraces.

The next morning I woke up to a $500 non-refundable holding deposit taken out of my bank account. And just to be clear—-you do have a 24 hour window to stop the application process. But in my case I applied and was informed 24 hours later I needed a guarantor. It took me another 12 hours or so to find a guarantor and then another few hours for them to be vetted. This 24 hour window is ridiculous and you will likely not have the time to withdraw before they charge you.

During this stressful time, Patricia, Aurelia, Carole & Vanessa made my move so easy & seamless! I appreciate you all.thank you!

The call center was awesome, the location was perfect in Pasadena but most of all, Vanessa and the rest of the staff was informative, kind, thorough and helpful.
