Is a very beautiful place to live I love it I've been here for years maintenance is on point when something breaks down they fix it right away the manager is very nice and Anna, was very respectful and so is Diego, Adrian and Eddie, I thank them for letting me get a place living here very nice very clean maintenance-free always together very quiet very comfortable no worries beautiful place to live I love it thank you so much Terracina, staff ️️️️

I have been living here for 8 years, when things breakdown they fix things right away. Adrian and Eddie are very professional respectful friendly maintenance men.the property is kept very clean, pretty quiet a nice place to live! No complaints

I’m so glad that I found this place feel safe, nice clean and quiet for me to feel comfortable to live. Specially the officer really nice and cares to everyone that living here feel free to communicate with them with all the questions and answers. Thank you!

My Family and friends have lived here for a while and I’ve heard nothing but good. It’s a sweet quite complex and they keep the area nice and clean. I my self have been applying and the office staff is nothing but nice, accommodating and helpful Love it and can’t wait to live here hopefully!

These apartments are wonderful and very accesible. They offer access to washing machines and dryers, even a playground. There’s shopping centers at walking distance which is very convenient. All concerns are addressed in a timely manner and all managers and staff are very helpful and friendly

Only go to visit someone so not there for too long. From look of things they keep up with lawn & it seems pretty quiet for most part.

Anna at Terracina Apartments has been the most helpful person while trying to find an apartment for my daughter. First of all, she actually answered the phone when I called with a pleasant voice. I called over 30 apartments and only 4-5 people answered their phones. Sadly no one even calls back when you leave an inquiry about renting an apartment. I explained to Anna that I am a homeowner and am looking for a safe and reasonably priced apartment for my adult daughter to move back from Washington. I have zero knowledge of the process to get into an apartment nowadays. Anna was very friendly and informative about explaining all the details that I needed to know. She told me about the affordable housing that they offer, the prices of the apartments and the income requirements to be able to qualify. She then gave me the website of all of their apartments and explained how to get on a wait list. Anna was the only leasing agent that spent that much time with me on the phone which was very helpful in my search. Later that day after countless more calls and frustration I decided to just show up at the Terracina Apartments to see if there was any more info Anna could give me. I was defeated after 3 days on non stop calls and driving around to find apartments to call. When I knocked on the leasing office door, Anna came to the door and pointed to my mask, I guess she was acknowledging that I was wearing one like she was. I explained she was the only person who helped me and she truly seemed to care about my circumstances. She offered me a seat behind a plexiglass or plastic partition. I told her that I thought that I would stop by to see if she thought of any further info to give me. She said that it is best to continually check the website, call or even email for an availability or if the wait list open. She gave me a few papers to read, 1 was a site map and the other was a pricing sheet with income qualifications. I thanked her for all her help and left. The next day I called to check on availability and a man answered. Since I had no previous contact with him I asked for Anna. I was surprised she remembered me from the day before. We talked for a few minutes and then she said that I should really talk to Diego the assistant manager. I introduced myself and told him all about the kind and informative help Anna gave me the day before. I explained she told me the best way to get on the wait list, either to call, check the website or email
I told him I would probably call several times a day because my daughter was a previous resident 6 years ago and loved it there. She always felt safe as a single mom. I told Diego that I hope they wouldn't be angry with me for calling several times a day. Diego replied, No problem Ma'am. That's what we are here for, to help you. Now I am crossing my fingers that my daughter can move back to her old apartments and I can rest assured that she is in a safe and secure apartment.

To let Ann and Diego the management team of Terracina at Laguna Creek apartments and Edi and Mustafa, the maintenance team, that I really appreciate your very professional job, I came here to write this review. You will enjoy your life when you see how caring and hard working these teams are just to make life of residents more and more enjoyable. Because of their hard work, the area is clean, fresh, calm, safe, functional, friendly.and always at its top quality.

I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR SOME TIME FOR A PLACE AND I SPENT SOME TIME WITH MARIE CARAVALHO. I HAD CHANGED MY MIND SO MANY TIMES BUT SHE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING. SHE IS SUCH AN AMAZING WOMEN. WAS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE MET HER.

I've been living here for six years. Back when I first moved in the old manager, Joanne, was selective on who she let move in. The next three managers haven't been as picky and the riff raff has increased.

Edit as of 2019: Riff raff has vacated the apartments and new management has been more selective on who moves in. Things are back to normal.

I been living at Terrcina Laguna creek apartments for almost 4 years.it’s an amazing community. Very good management. Ana and Diego are very patient and respectful with clients Mustafa with an other dude also working at this community they are very helpful

Explained circumstances and were told one thing and then what happened did not coincide with what I was told. Very upset. Feel like money was more important than helping a family.
