Terry Kelly was the agent AND owner on a home we purchased from him. We noticed a leak on the walk though in the ceiling and pointed it out to him. He said he would get it fixed, but 5 days later when we were getting ready to move in, we found out he still hadn't had anyone out and the leak was worse. The leak ended up being sewage and as a family of 5, I was concerned about my families health. Terry was trying to avoid paying $75 fee for a new visit from his home warranty company and we were forced to send someone out. Since we sent someone, he said he wasn't going to cover it anymore and told us to sue him. He is unethical and I suggest avoiding him as an agent.
