I am very grateful for Dr. Franklin. He is knowledgeable about how to treat patients in a variety of ways.

Dr. Franklin was my doctor years ago when my husband was active duty and he was the first doctor I looked for when we came back to California. He is kind, caring and a great doctor! I love how he is more holistic and provides preventative care as well as overall care. He made sure I had an appointment with a top GYN doctor when I needed surgery. He was a big part of saving my life! I am so thankful to have a doctor who answers any questions I have and who carefully looks at my overall health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!

This was my first virtual visit with Dr. Franklin and it was so easy and went smooth. He was very friendly and professional. He explained all my results very clearly and answered all my questions. I felt he took his time and I did not feel rushed. I look forward to my next virtual visit as it is so convenient.

Dr. Franklin was very clear on details related to my prior blood-test by Quest Diagnostics. I love his honesty on recommendation of my diet, and behavior. I'm not a perfect client, and I lean towards being stubborn, but I love Dr. Franklin's honesty, and patience in dealing with me! Thanks!

I feel that Dr. Franklin has genuine concern and interest in his patients. He stays current with new medical findings such as prolonged use of Rx drugs where recent findings reveal potential negative effects. His recommendations tend to lean towards homeopathic or natural remedies before progressing updwards to pharmaceuiticals.

Dr Franklin is always friendly, caring and a very good listener. He remembers details from previous visits and treats me like a whole person. He is very careful and cautious and when need be he acts quickly and effectively. I have been his very satisfied patient for a long time.

Saw the doctor one time. Doctor and staff seemed nice enough. Now I've been calling for over two weeks, they don't answer their phones, I left messages, haven't received a call back. I did however receive a nice bill from them for basically doing nothing.

Dr.is a compassionate physician with a strong ethical orientation. Brenda was thorough and considerate. I am fortunate to be under their treatment and care for fibromyalgia (chronic, severe).

I don't visit Ryan Ranch Medical Group often but when I do, it is always a positive experience. Most of my visits require a quick appointment scheduling and they have been very accommodating. In an area where it can be difficult to find Tri- Care Physicians, I'm glad I don't hvae to travel far for excellent medical care. On this day of my review, it is black friday (aka day after thanksgiving). Instead of shopping I am at Ryan Ranch Medical because I hurt my knee the day before. I was shocked and pleased to find that not only were they open, they had availability to see me within the hour! Dr. Franklin is very pleasant, to the point, and thorough. I really appreciated his professionalism. I highly recommend Ryan Ranch Medical Group.

I was there first (100D), but the receptionist called the white woman who got there and signed in after me first. They better learn about diversity.

Dr. Steinbaum is great. The office runs efficiently; I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment.
