For any complicated project it is fairly normal to expect delays and complications but I can honestly say Teserra has been there every step of the way. When their workers or contractors do something not up to par they will re-do it until it's done right. When something has broken or not worked right they have come out to fix it under warranty. Austin has been very professional and responsive every step of the way and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects I have.

Update: I have needed some warranty work done several months after my project finished and Rudy Ortiz was very prompt and helpful in getting what I needed done! Thanks again

We have a 45+ year old pool that had never been updated. We wanted the original Palm Springs style of bright white plaster and cobalt blue tile. Teserra was able to recreate the design perfectly with a modern tile. The results were just what we wanted. We love sitting under the umbrella in our chairs on the new sun deck with drinks in hand. The crews were on time, professional and always left the site clean every day. All the plaster had to be removed (a messy process). Definitely a 5 star job!

We have only great things to say about the team at Teserra Outdoors - Coachella Valley, and especially Adam Rodriguez. First, our number one requirement with a contractor is that they communicate, regularly. Adam is responsive and knowledgeable. He is also personable. He was very helpful in working with us to design the pool and spa WE wanted. He changed the plans as we requested without hesitation (never tried to talk us into his ideas to save time or make his job easier - we like that). His professional attitude showed in his interactions with us. He also has a great sense of humor. The crews that have done the various phases of demolition and installation have been prompt and professional. Teserra removed trees and old planter structures in order to install the pool, dug the pool cavity following our design request exactly, filled the cavity with rebar and gunite, poured patio pads of concrete, and the coping, and installed the accent tile on the hot tub and pool (its been a fascinating process so far.) We had an issue with one spa coping (ledge) which cracked during the curing period - again, no hesitation to make it right. All that's left to do is to install the pool controls, the pool lining of pebbles and some water! We always know what's coming before it happens, and we look forward to the completion of our project and the first dip in our new pool. It's been a pleasure to work with Adam and Teserra Outdoors, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool and spa!

Adam Rodriguez and Teserra Outdoors built the pool along with hardscape at our new home in Palm Desert and we couldn't be happier! The processes that they have put in place for the design and construction are strong and that is important to my wife and I who are in the construction industry.
