Wished I could give it zero stars. Bought a used LRAWD Model 3 from Tesla with 25K miles, picked it up on Sunday from the Colma location where it was transported to. Since the moment of pickup, there's been a litany of issues that are just shocking. It seems the car was only detailed and no one inspection was performed on the car. The car issues include cameras won't turn on; live navigation / gps won't work; when driving there's a speed limit that would pop up and can't be overridden, which makes it very dangerous to drive on the highway if the car can't go past 60MPH; and a humming / fan that goes off at the front, even after a short drive. Took it to the local Tesla service center and upon a quick inspection, it was noticed the coolant was dangerously low, the dash that controls sensors where down.the technican mentioned they may need to replace the central computing unit. Tried calling Colma several times and left message but can't get to anyone and there is no one returning my calls. Policy around used cars is no return, even if one is sold a lemon. Very very disappointed in Tesla as one would expect a higher a level of assurance purchasing from the manufacturer. BE WARY OF PURCHASING USED CARS FROM TESLA as there's no inspection or quality control!

We picked up our model Y over the weekend and Jason helped us. He could not have been more accommodating and friendly. He was very knowledgeable. He gave our 2 year old son a mini Tesla, and 3 days later our son is still talking about how Jason gave us our 2 new cars.

They scammed me out of $500 dollars when I reserved my car. Then all the prices went up once they pull you in. Very disappointed

Yesterday 09/16/2023 picked up delivery of our Model Y from this showroom. Entire experience was smooth with no surprises. Kevin helped us with delivery formalities, orientation, and gave the car with 90% of charge. I am happy with my delivery experience.

I had an amazing experience here at Tesla. Aaron was my Advisor and he helped me find the best deal on my Model Y. He was such a great help and I would say it has been the easiest and best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a new car. I recommend going to him if you’re looking to buy a new Tesla. He was very patient with my wife and I and carry’s on great customer service. We are so appreciative for his service.

To pick up the car for delivery, you need to wait half a day and this is not the first time! Everyone is so tight here!

I had a great experience with Aaron (not sure how they spell their name) this afternoon! I was welcomed immediately and they got straight to work on delivering my car. Aaron answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable before I drove off! The overall vibes were up in the building and the entire experience was amazing. And I agree with a previous poster, the cars on this lot are impeccable and shiny!

The service and communication at this Tesla location are pathetic. They don’t even have water for customers, and despite being informed in advance to charge the vehicle before pickup, they didn’t do it due to chargers not working for a week. How can they sell electric cars without a charger in-house?

Amazing dealership with awesome people - extremely friendly staff, with exceptionally shiny cars. I don't know who they have back there cleaning those cars but man are they good! Could not have been happier with my experience

Really a bad service i guess if you are not asian. I set there for a long time and no one even said can o help you. But i saw quite a few asian customers comjng in and being helped right away. So i walked out

Tak went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. They were professional, helpful, and changed my view of the company. The car looks great and better than when I brought it in. Seriously, promote Tak!

Took 3 hrs to pickup my used tesla when they had told me to come at a specific time because it was “ready. ” They also left out important information like i could not register my car in my home state for some reason. Terrible terrible service

Ordered a tesla model y here. When picking the car, there were scratches here and there around the car. And then had to schedule an appointment to get the car fixed. More worse was they couldn’t get the the car fixed in one appointment. They had to schedule another appointment. Completely wasting of my time and money to take the car there. It’s a new car. It’s supposed to be hassle free. But it just brought all the trouble to me which was not caused by me. For all these troubles, tesla didn’t want to do anything to make up for us as a consumer. No even a coupon code or a gift card. They don’t value their customers. They don’t care about our experience. It’s a bad company to buy a car with.

Buying a Tesla from Colma has quite possibly been the worst decision I have ever made in my life #neveragain.

List of issues include you get nowhere near the expected EPA miles (so far off it’s laughable), parts keep breaking down and super expensive to repair (I am always shocked at the bills from the service center and can’t go to my old mechanic), tires needs to be changed every 10,000 miles vs. 40,000 on my old car, etc so $10k tire bill vs. $2k before since the tires are so much more expensive, etc.

Not to mention tha car just feels like an expensive golf cart that is not at all fun to drive and with the crazy erratic pricing policy the company is following it’s probably safe to say even with the current discount, the car price will at least depreciate by 50% more in a few years when a newer / better / cheaper model comes out.

#Shame4NoCourtesy. For 4: 15 pm delivery appointment when we arrived there they made us sit for more than 120min, guess to just make us sit till the sun goes down and when they gave it was all wet as if they did a car wash in hurry and didnt bother to wipe off. We called out few scratches which they buffed. But after coming home we saw plethora of scratches in garage white light and went back to them within the 24hr window to show how bad the condition of the car for which they asked us to book an appointment with service center. We did book the appointment as suggested but the service guys who helped us said there are few things which can fix but some scratches are really bad. The fremont guys where very empathetic and understanding of our situation for us to get a car with such pathetic scratches all over. I am pretty sure the Colma guys delayed the delivery to sun Down so we cant see those scratches. Tesla is making such good cards and these ruthless dealers at Colma are destroying customer experiences and calling out CA laws saying some scratches like these are expected and in Norm with CA laws. Please dont do business if you cant maintain cars at your center. Ppl spend there hard earned savings to get a good car with no issues and problems. You making us go around service centers isnt acceptable. Dont have much energy and time to fight with these brutal reckless dealership but ppl reading this review. Make yourself a favor by not getting the car at this dealership. Tesla is really a good car as such but you are going to spoil that whole experience if you do business with this dealership

The people at this place are very unprofessional. Before delivery, they were unprofessional in their emails. And they made a mistake in the registration form and made us wait for 30 min (which is fine). But after 45 days of waiting for license plates they sent me a package saying that there was an error in my registration form and need to redo it. They haven't informed me over phone or email regarding this and the package was waiting for 10 days in my mailbox. They should provide good customer service for such an expensive car.
