17 Love my model 3. Love delivery process. 5*.
But post sale customer service is inexistent. I have used pre-sale text thread to ask post-sale questions. No one ever replied. I now have to go to Tesla store to ask my one question, whose answer I have not found on Tesla website.
Got my tesla model 3 overnight test drive experience, it was awesome! Brian was easy to work with and everything took just 5 minutes, excellent communication! Best tesla location so far!
Great customer service. I went to check on the Model Y in Palo Alto dealer and Sandra was so helpful. She patiently explained to me about the car. I will be returning soon to get one.
Very good Covid guidelines. Fast checkin and loaner approval. Show up early in the AM for a loaner.
I continue to have excellent service when visiting the Tesla Service Center in Palo Alto. My most recent visit was the best so far. I scheduled a wheel alignment and needed an under bumper guard replacement. I was helped by Jose and appreciated his attention to detail, great quote communication, and cheerful demeanor. His top-notch service made the experience an absolute pleasure. Thanks!
Great customer service. Been handled quick and very efficient by Jose. Much better process than the Burlingame location. Got a loaner without even announcing it in advance. 5 starts well deserved!
Had a keyfob die. Online service was expecting to be a whole week out. Was impatient! Went to Palo Alto service center as a drive up. Was greeted before I stopped the car! No questions about if I had an appointment already. They even asked a mechanic to stay over for a few minutes to sync the new key fob which they had in stock. Whole thing took less than an hour. No charge since it was under warranty!
Albert was friendly and polite and efficient. Can't ask for much more.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tesla service had my car for 8 days to find out why my nav was freezing. They said old firmware "probably" was the cause. Well it just happened again. I am terrified to drive my Model S. I need to go on a trip by myself. What will I do if the map freezes just before I reach my exit off the highway?
Had some issues with Model 3. Jesse (Tesla service advisor) went out of the way to make sure that service I received was outstanding.
Staff has always been supportive and honest. They really try and deliver great service with minimal hassle and lots of honest. They are usually very busy, being in the heart of silicon valley.many Teslas! And yet they get the job done with personal attention.
I certainly recommend calling ahead to minimize your delays.
Unfortunately had multiple issues with delivery - had to reschedule because of scratches on the brand new Tesla. Once that was cleared out - the trade in folks did not do the title transfer in time and I got a red light traffic violation handed to me for the car which wasnt mine and I wasnt driving. Had do spend months to get it cleared. Really unfortunate.
The person who took us on the test drive was great.
But later the finance guy was pushing us a bit on the specific inventory car to get etc.pity as we where already sold on getting the tesla.
I have been impressed by the service here multiple times. It is very hard to find good service and so I feel pretty lucky to be able to take my care here.
The staff is amazing, and the co-driver was great. He explained us all the features of the car, and showed us how to set them.
I had my car service and the the paint was also repaired on my bumper and tailgate. An outstanding job. Quick and efficient.
