Tesla Supercharger reviews
14Convenient park then go shop Costco. Fast when charge early morning. Not so much in the afternoon.
About a quarter of chargers were broken, charging was slow and there was trash overflowing from the can and all over the ground.
Location near Costco so spaces fill and stay full for awhile. Had to wait for a spot. Charging at 19-25kW on some spaces while 40kW in others. Hoping it's just the heatwave that is slowing it down.
Superchargersnare the best. However, there at least one broken station very often. Otherwise, it would get 5 star rating.
Early afternoon, had about a 10 minute wait for a super charger. The charge rate was fast, so was on my way after 20 minutes of charging to get me home to San Diego.
Always packed. The charging rate is always slow. We're talking about like 20kW slow. I'd avoid this place if you can. I rather head to the Westminster Mall supercharger at least I'll get there advertised 75kW.
This charge station is notoriously crowded at all hours of the day, and it's common to get 34-38 kW charge speed. It's never at the 90 kW level you typically see Superchargers cap out at. I'm still looking for that 120 kW unicorn charger.
Pros: Fast rate of charging and quick errands @ Costco.
Cons: some charging ports are not working. Everytime I see more than 2 or 3 not in working condition.
This one is great if it's not busy. During busy times it's very difficult to navigate (very tight spaces put in a corner). Not sure who thought it was a good idea. Last time I went 3/16 stalls were non operational.
It is always busy and the charging speeds are inconsistent. There is always at least one spot out (I literally cannot remember the last time all spots were functional). 845 Sunday morning and there are already 4 cars waiting to charge. Please Tesla! Stop the madness!
Very crowded mall.
Cannot get a spot here. And if you decide to wait you will end to creating a traffic nightmare! Tesla needs to employ some one here to manage the waiting Teslas.
Very poor. We went here very early on a Saturday morning to try to avoid lines and there was already a line. Several chargers were out of order as well. It's placed with some shopping around.
At least 5 people waiting and no way to tell who got here first. Going to be stuck here waiting for an available stall for a while.
We went to this place that had about 14 or so chargers & 2 people waiting. In Downey they generally have more empty spots
