8Went in for a Starbucks Triple Shot & they were advertised at $2.99, which I believe is max retail & it rung up $3.29. Employee refused to honor advertised price. I purchase these on a daily basis & Double Shots are always the same price as Triple Shots. Left it behind.
I go out of my way just to get their gas. I like their reward system, but ever since they updated their app it is just a pain redeeming the points. Unfortunately the usual station that I goto has been bought out by a diffrent company.bummer
First time visiting I was in the area I need some gas real fast that's not my usual spot but Muni gas got to get gas so other than that I'd like a nice atmosphere to me
After running out of gas and barely coasting into the packed gas station, my relief turned to disappointment, when seeing a sign posted on the main service window, saying I had 45: 00 long minutes to wait for a teller to return and the booth was totally empty. The busy gas station pumps, were full of upset customers who lined up for quick service, but leaving very mad and upset, when finally seeing the long wait explained in a short message, posted on the main front, pay window.
This gas station is so annoying. It says they open at 5 AM but the past 2 times I have gone after 5 AM, even almost around 5: 30 AM the clerk is NEVER there on-time. She's never there to turn the pumps on, so the pumps will take your card but you can't pump anything. If you are a Bay Area commuter like myself DON'T go here. As you all know any little minute could delay your commute time. The only good thing is they obviously won't charge you if you're not pumping nothing.
Somebody ran out of gas and my son help them out by buying a has can and them buying them several dollars worth of.
Like it because the booth to pay is right by the pumps so you don't have to drag the kids out of the car to go pay for gas.
Very bad customer service 1 if the employees came out to yell at me and use foul language in front of my kids just because I stopped on the disable parking sign for about 45 seconds even though my motor was running I’ve been using that gas station since 1995 till today June 16th 2018 I’ve always paid at the pump with my card maybe he didn’t know me but that’s not how u treat anyone
