I believe real estate in the bay area is one of the most challenging and even the “scary” markets for anyone who would like to buy a home in this territory. A qualified realtor should have enough knowledge of the local market, be familiar with the market trends, and know the realistic prices of homes in the area to give correct advice to the buyer. A good and competent realtor never gives up, is a good negotiator with all sides, and always has an attitude of encouragement. I can tell you without any reservation that Tess has all of these features. We have had an excellent experience working with Tess to buy our dream home in the bay area. Tess and her team's service is impeccable - responsiveness to questions was off the charts! I was hunkered down for a long sales process since I insisted on a high asking price. I don't recommend that to everyone, but while I wanted to sell, I didn't "have" to. The first four couples who saw the house were so well qualified I received three offers, all at ask or above.
