Do not trust this agency or people! They are fake and not have the children’s best interests at heart. Please BEWARE!

Totally, an atrocious experience working with them. My therapist doesn't call when she says, my case worker never returns my calls, and my case manager, who was still supposed to find me a place weeks ago, has not even contacted me. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Very disappointing to the mental health community.

I called this center trying to inquire additional information for a client of mine. Who ever answered or answers their calls on the weekend needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Very rude and if I was a patient looking for help, I would’ve hung up. Tone of voice is extremely important when taking calls in these types of centers. Come on!

Case management is horrible. They gaslight me. Making me feel like I'm not taking a proactive approach to treatment when, in reality, they just don't want to help you in the way you say you need. I ask psychiatry for anxiety meds, they me give me 1,001 reasons they can't do it when in reality they just won't. I even had one of their psychiatrists call me a "good actor. " I ask to be helped with my housing search, they tell me right after I ask that I don't ask. It's just a bunch of games with these people. Also, I have asked to be transferred several times and they will not give me a new case manager. I have even been threatened by one of their so called "supervisors". A terrible experience. Would
not recommend.

Took my son's info made an appointment to come to my house then called the day before to cancel because they didn't have funding. That doesn't make sense because they took my child's insurance information. I thought this was going to be a real help as I am a disabled mom who doesn't drive.guess it was too good to be true
