Tetrault Tire Center, Eureka CA

I lost a hubcap on my way home from an oil change & tire rotation. When I called them about it, I got an angry message about them not being responsible. I was not notified of any issues when I picked up my vehicle, but there was a note on my invoice that I did not see. They have no voicemail set up on their system so I guess I have to leave a message here. The point is that you created a dangerous situation and should be embarrassed. If you can't figure out how to install a hubcap, how can I trust any of your other work?

Just moved to the area from out of town and they helped with a simple fix, free of charge. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Took my car in with a screw in my tire. They fixed it and didn't even charge me. They were very professional and kind, and got me out of there fast despite being a Monday after the holiday.

I used to love this place! However, now I have been treated terrible twice- still bought tires out of old loyalty, and had problems ever since. No fixing of a bubbled out sidewall. No fixing of 2 way off balanced tires. And mostly, terrible customer service. I've been going there for 15 years, and only had problems for 3 now. Bad problems! Be careful, folks- and that socks, because I know the old ownership and people who can't stand what this place has become

They didn't have me down for the appointment I made but it was fine because the tires were there and they had the job done in 20 minutes

Can't say enough positive about Tetrault! We were passing through on our way to camp in the redwoods and got a puncture in one tire on our Tesla. Tesla tires are not easy to find but they found one way way in the back and we're able to swap it on and get us on the way in an hour. Amazing service!

I have been a loyal customer since my first vehicle in 1998. I have sent everyone I know to them, but no longer. They just tried to charge me 33$ per tire to take off my old tires and install my summer set. When asked why it would be so much the technician said because I am not allowed to change out my tires like that? ! I will never give those people another dime of my money and will never recommend that anyone patronize their business.

Stopped here with a flat on a Tuesday morning: tire was patched within 20 min, for a great price. Can't thank.these guys enough for the prompt, professional service!

These people are amazing man. Brent and his manager ended up comin out to my house near by to help me with my tire that I curb rashed hard and it popped on accident. They ended up helping me when my back is messed up and that was my only ride. The store wasn’t that busy which allowed me to luckily have my tire changed. I am so recommending these people they are life changers.
