Texas Roadhouse reviews
16Great location just off the highway! Great service and absolutely amazing food! We eat at Texas road houses all over the country and this was in our top 5 favorites! If you want something other than fast food this is definitely worth the stop! No truck and trailer parking of any kind.
I rarely have complaints about this place. It's constantly busy and long waits especially in the evenings, weekends and special celebrations are about. But, once your in their ready to serve! Big portions, nice side options and great drinks. This is an any occasion but, business kind of joint (too noisy).
Worse service ever. Excessive Waiting time, so unprofessional, we went to celebrate our anniversary had to leave after hour and 20 minutes of waiting for a table, truly disappointed in this restaurant.
I ordered to go plate asking for red onion in my salad but wasn't there no croutons. And they gave me bread that horrible not appetizing at all. I been coming in here but treated like this is unfair. I wish i can post a picture. Very disappointed to spend money and not getting my right stuff why asking questions?
This was not my first choice but sometimes that happens when traveling. But I gotta be honest and say this place was even better than my first choice. Service extra friendly and food was delicious when you can't eat it fast enough. Thank you!:)
Omg! The food was definitely on point.my meat was juicy and done to my satisfaction. Hospitality was on point and damn can they make a margarita for sure.the wait time is a little drastic but well worth the wait.guess theres a reason everyone wants to eat there.
This restaurant is trying to stay in business during Covid. Outdoor seating with tents isn’t the nicest atmosphere but they’re doing their best I suppose. As we sat in the plastic chairs too short for the wood folding table, I was skeptical and wondering if this was a good idea. The service was friendly and we were glad we called ahead at 4 pm to make a reservation. The rolls arrived quickly and the drinks too. We ordered an off menu filet size 12 oz, medium well, with mushrooms. They came out pretty fast and it was delicious! Overall it was a good experience. Only drawbacks were smelling pot smokers from the hotel next door, tables don’t match the flimsy chairs, bathrooms were NOT clean, and the loud stereo from a passing car. Food great, service great.
We really like Texas Roadhouse food, steaks are generally pretty good for a chain Restaurant.
Vegetables are generally over cooked. Other options too are good such as potatoes. I love the sweet potato option.
Drinks are fairly good. We were happy with ours.
The service is Mediocre. Servers are to fast paced, in that they don't listen good and don't pay attention to the details of the order, such as making sure the salad comes out, or that the steak is cooked properly. My husband requested medium well and got medium rare. Not his favorite at all. He had to eat around the parts that weren't cooked enough.
This ultimately the job of the server to check her order before it's brought to the table. In addition to the fact checking to make sure all items come out. When my salad did not come out, I requested it (our server looked annoyed). Then unfortunately it came after we were finished eating and there was so much dressing on it, it didn't even look appealing.
I tipped 17% Not that the server deserved the tip, but I knew she probably had to tip out other staff and didn't want them to totally suffer because of her lack of skill for her job.
Great option for Steak and is generally very busy during dinner time. The best time to come is anytime before 6 pm. There are great menu options for combo plates or if your just looking for Steak. The price of food is reasonable and the staff is nice.
Update 11/30/21; This restaurant is not car seat friendly for my Newborn. The booths don't have adequate space and had to use the table for my daughter in her car seat.
It seems quality/quantity has dipped. I've never finished this salad. I'm pretty certain the bowl is smaller and there is less quantity. Also, the kids "sliders" are more like a dolup of meat cooked beyond recognition now.plus, dirty utensils and long wait times. Not sure the money spent tonight was worth the value.
The wait was over an hour. Barely anyone had masks on and most of the servers didn't wear any. My cousin kept asking where the rest of his bbq chicken was. He thought he got the kids dinner. $15. The steak was tiny as well. Our men left a little hungry. Was kinda steep for the little tiny portions. Oh well, learning experience.
This is the 1st time I've been to this place. And I must say, I highly recommend this place if you ever want to get get a New York Steak. This is definitely a new Steakhouse place I will return to again and again!
The place was packed, the staff kept it together. Wait time 1hour 15minutes. Which extended to 2hours by the time we were seated, the staff kept its cool. We ordered their smaller steaks (4) our server was just perfect (Max). Spoke to us Spanish, my mother and she going to kill me, is 86years old! Max was kind toward her. Made our night, please give him a raise. Bathroom report, both the men's and women's restroom were perfect, considering the crowd.
I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and it’s always been good but lately it’s been going downhill fast to the point I’m not sure I’ll be back. My visit tonight was just a complete disaster. I ordered a steak rare and I really enjoy rare steaks and will usually cook my own to be blue rare however this one was so raw the fat was completely white and uncooked to the point of not being edible. I sent it back and my server suggested I order medium rare and I tried to tell him I like rare just not raw. I got the remains of my steak back a bit later completely well done and charred to the point I’m still tasting burnt meat in my mouth an hour later. To top it all off I never received my side order of fries and my glass was empty most of the time I was there. I’m just disappointed how what was my favorite place to eat in town has become so inconsistent.
First time 11/6 Sat 6: 30pm.first off AMAZING staff! They greet you hello and even while they think you are leaving! Super Friendly fast service quality food, I would say hands down best experience vs all of Bay Area! Well worth the trip from SF. Bread is good and fresh, I ordered the 12oz Ribeye cooked perfectly!
Manager super unprofessional, Customer service is at all time low. My wife wanted to celebrate her bday there. Manager was not helpful at all. We took our business somewhere else. Food and the name saves that location. Not the personal.
