Texas Roadhouse, Hesperia CA

My families experience at The Road House was both good and bad. The food as well as our service was up to par. The one thing that wasn't appreciated was the lack of responsibility towards COVID-19 protocols and public safety went out the window for profit. Absolutely no social distancing everybody was huddled up against the wall shoulder to shoulder waiting to be seated instead of having designated areas for people to safely maintain distance. Needless to say my wife and my son ended up getting sick. Hopefully it isn't Covid but the test will determine that.

The Waitress was great and doing her best but the food was not very well cooked. Some was undercooked and some was overcooked. Also we were a party of 2 and 1 showed up before the other and they told her to wait and she couldn't be seated. But when I said couldn't she have sat at the bar, then the same lady said "Oh, yes you could have sat at the bar. " After 20minutes of waiting. Wth

Being an asian guy from LA, I got a lot of glances and looks from many of the, I assume, locals around me, but I was prepared. I don't usually visit chain restaurants, especially steakhouses, but the food was surprisingly good. May consider coming back if I ever pass by again.

This location is the worst Texas roadhouse. Take your money to a different location. Staff and cooks are the worst in the Industry and the GM manager…Have a blessed day now.

My fiance wanted to treat me to a Nice dinner (the 15th is a special date for us) as a celebration he suggested a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse since we had never been there before. We were looking forward to enjoying a superb steak dinner. When my steak arrived I was extremely disappointed to see that it was mostly fat! Our server was very attentive and so busy I didn't want to complain about my steak. As a matter of fact I observed that the servers were all very busy hard workers. My steak to say the least was a disappointment.

Good food at a moderate price not the best barbeque place but it is still a place you should visit if you have not been here before

Delicious as always, great place if dining alone while traveling the service is great, staff performs entertainment, and the food is always consistently good.

I honestly don't know if it was worth the wait.

Negatives-

*It was cold windy and raining. There wasn't a choice to wait inside.
*The loaded potato was very dry since there wasnt enough's sour cream or cheese. The bacon bits where pretty hard too.
*The road kill "steak" was really just a hamburger patty.

Positives-

*The waitress was amazing and checked on us several times.
*The long island iced tea was great

So far I'd try it again but I'm not crazy for it.

Always have wonderful service and great food. I am only giving 4 stars though because the bar is always very slow with our drink orders. The drinks almost always come out after we have started eating our meals.

The food is so good but the Waiter was so disrespectful giving my wife wrong drinks when ask for the right one he gave us Attitude he never even ask if I was ok or to refill my glass I had to ask another Waiter for help he had the worst attitude ever

First time here had a great time at the bar food was amazing and drinks on point and all the staff we're extremely friendly and awsome definitely love the atmosphere and will be back again soon

Smother with mushrooms and onions.
Cold on both and my steak medium.actually cold too.final sweet potato. Partial done.
And other dishes had. Issues

Went with the family for Christmas Eve dinner and it was awful. One app came fine and other came with meal. Son and grandson ordered mac and cheese. My grandson never got his mac and cheese. They finally said they were sold out after we were done with our meal. That means my grandson didn't get Christmas Eve dinner. While waiting for the check the table next to us got mac and cheese. No one ever came to refill drinks or check on us. My side of chili arrived after we boxed up all our food to leave. Never came with the meal. Over all just a terrible experience and not how I wanted to spend Christmas Eve with my family. And to top it off my grandson thinks it's his fault. Terrible.

My wife and I drive a semi truck and stopped at your restaurant at 3 pm yesterday afternoon. After spending a little under an hour and $75 we came back out to our truck which was parked in the dirt lot across from the restaurant and found a $100 parking ticket from Hesperia police department. There are no signs posted ANYWHERE stating that we are not allowed to park there. Maybe in the future you will post a sign so that other truck drivers are made aware. We eat at Texas Roadhouse 3 times a week. We will NOT be back to this location. Ever

Really excellent food! We've been to this location twice and both times it was awesome. I must say that for people who have food allergies DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE! The first time we went I did explain to our server that I have a dairy allergy and asked if there was any appetizer that I could eat, we were told that the cactus blossom was safe for me. We ordered it and I ate it. Big mistake. I'm still having trouble from that weeks later. So, if you have any allergies be absolutely certain that whatever you are ordering is safe for you, asking the server isn't necessarily going to be enough. That said, the cactus blossom was very good, and reasonably priced considering its size, sadly I'll never be able to eat another one. The ribs are really awesome, perfectly prepared and fall off the bone great! The chili is great excellent flavor and great on the steak fries. The sweet potato is really good with the marshmallows and cinnamon and brown sugar. It's so good that both times I went I got the same thing, (except for the cactus blossom), the ribs are so good that I couldn't bring myself to try anything else! The service is great, the servers are very nice and come back often to see if you need anything. This place is great, glad we found it! Highly recommended!

WOW WOW WOW we arrived just before the dinner rush and had an awesome meal the appetizer, fries with cheese and bacon, was enough for a meal for 2 of us.
