Texas Roadhouse, Elk Grove CA

Amazing service! It was incredibly busy, but our server made sure our drinks were filled and brought us extra dressing and was incredibly helpful. We downloaded the app and got a free appetizer. She brought the appetizer with the salads and we had time to eat them before our meals came. My husband had the slab of ribs and they were falling off the bone delicious. I had the prime rib and it is honestly the best prime rib I've ever had. The baked potato was just OK. The kids steak were tender and not cooked to a crisp. Only complaint is that it was incredibly packed, but it is a popular restaurant.

This place is always packed I've there has never been a time that I have drove by here and they were not packed. The rules are out of this world the steaks are delicious the atmosphere is loud there are peanut shells all over the floor but that's part of the theme and it's just a live atmosphere the food is good. And the service is okay depending on who your server is I've had some good servers and I've had some rude ones but that's just life.

What is the point of reservation if the tables are not even ready? We had 99% of our party here but they still would not take us to our table. Then the table was gone within 5 minutes when the last of our party arrived.

. 50 minute wait. They only seated us because they wanted that huge tip.

Great place to visit and have dinner with family and friends also if you are a veteran they have a great selection on Veterans Day on full size meals. Service is always great when I come through the texas road house here in Elk Grove. Bartenders are very friendly and you can also eat at the bar. Food is great never had to return anything back very satisfied with the portions of food that you get. Highly recommend the ribs or the pulled pork.

Too many youngsters working there. Always in a hurry, rushing. Need some old school people to show them how it's done, correctly. Bad service gets no tips.

Amazing service i believe our aervers name was kayla and the food is delicious! I loved the country fried chicken it was the best I've ever had! I will be going back soon, thank you so much for the wonderful time at your restaurant. I absolutely loved the country music that was played

Good food but they need to get a larger waiting area and dining room so there isn't a cluster in the lobby EVERY TIME I pick up food its standing room only.

The service was good. We never really held an empty drink very long, it was cleared out and refilled regularly. It was a noisy. Food was good but proportions were small for the price.

This was one of my favorite places to get a good steak, although this time around it was a very basic steak very little flavor, I asked for medium and received something more on the well side. The service was average so probably will be giving the other location a try.

This place is usually slammed with customers on weekend nights but my family and I came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. Seth was are waiter and did a great job attending our party of 9. Great food and great experience.

I loved my experience here! It was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse and everyone was so nice. I ended up getting the ribeye steak per the recommendation of my server Jessica and a peach margarita. Both were to dye for! At the end of my meal the manager took the time to come out and sit down with me. She introduced herself and thanked me for coming out. She also gave me a card for a free appetizer when I come back. You dont see companies doing that very often, I was very impressed. Cant wait to come back for more of that juicy ribeye!

I was taking there for my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful the service was wonderful the food was awesome very clean family oriented it has a bar steak Lobster shrimp desserts hamburgers clean bathrooms

The food here was absolutely amazing, one of the most impressive seafood towers i have ever seen. The Burrata cheese was perfection, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The service was very good, our server was extremely attentive.

Moderately priced dining option. The meats are excellent (steaks and fish), as well as, the yeast rolls and cinnamon butter. Only 4 stars because the side dishes are just okay.

As a regular, Ive had some pretty eh servers until I was sat with Amanda. She’s great! Never forgets anything; extra lemon, steak sauce, or even a refill, she’s on top of it all. She makes sure I always have a good time whenever I go in and it makes the dinning experinace better not to mention she also complements us by saying she enjoys seeing us as well! FYI everyone should get a tip share!

Went with my mother and we both had prime rib. It was good but we both agreed that the now defunct Buggy Whip's was better. The waitress Sarah was a total sweetheart and took very good care of us. She was also very cute

Awful! Asked for medium rare steak, they brought me a bloody steak like very very rare. Veggies were soggy like freezer veggies. Too busy for servers and very dirty. I love Texas Roadhouse but this one was the worst I’ve been to.

I'm not a meat eater but the salmon is delicious. Best to go towards the end of the month cuz this place is always crowded, but they get you in as quick as they can and the service is always attentive.

This is the best place to eat, hands down best steak house around. Autumn rocks, she's a very mature 21 yr old and a lot of fun, ask for her section she'll make your visit a blast. We come here about 5 times a month, had the pleasure to sit in her section once, now we ask for her everytime we are in here.

Give that man Sean a fat raise! I came from the Bay Area to visit my uncle for his bday. We went there and Sean was our waiter. This dude made us feel hella comfortable and we did not have ask for anything cause this man knew how to handle business! Sodas were refilled before they needed to be. My uncle was joking around with him and he knew how to joke back and make us all laugh. My uncle told him it was his birthday and at the end of the meal he comes with ice cream that said happy birthday on the plate. And we didn't ask for it. My uncle was so happy because Sean made him feel special. I appreciate you Sean. IDK who is reading this review, but I hope this man gets something for being a great host and man of great character! It's great to see people like this! Much luv!
