Definitely worth the swing by the night here. First time with Koda camping here in Death Valley. Weather is perfect with our sizzling bonfire. And hot sandwich wrapped with foils on the hot coals. It's happy evening for us here!

Large spots for RV's and towing rigs. Be aware no generators! Some are more level than others. Several drive thru's.
Has a dump and water station, however we did not use it so I can't speak for it.

First come first serve. Clean mostly level tent sites in lower loop. Upper loop for rv”s and trailers. Dump station free. Picnic tables and fire rings every site. Fantastic fresh water cleaning sinks and flush toilets. 16$ nightly. Accept national park annual seniors pass.

I enjoyed this place)
Basic campsite.
Stony ground, so bear this in mind if you are tent camping! Impossible to get tentpegs in the ground, and hard to sleep on.
Clean basic restrooms, I don't know if there were showers.
V windy when I was here, my beer blew away.
Good sky.
Basic phone / internet signal on 4G T-Mobile

We has a great time staying here. The bathrooms were clean and centrally located, the neighbors were all polite and quiet. There are tons of places to hike to right from the campground for views of the sunrise or sunset.

Very nice DVNP campsites. Clean restrooms, potable water and very friendly camp hosts. No hookups and no generators, so bring your solar panels. Smaller campsite with limited RV spots, and much nicer than sunset campsite, recommend getting there early. Be sure to have a park pass as well as a campground permit. Great central location to the park. Enjoy!

It's nice to have a high capacity campground with overflow (Sunset CG) nearby after driving so long. Totally exposed tho ️️‍️. Clean and dependable facilities, water, and easy registration with a credit card. Easy access to Furnace Creek village stores/saloon if needed.

The best feature at Texas Springs is the ban on generators, they are not allowed at this campground. Although we have a trailer, we use solar power. Another feature is the ranger presence at least two times daily walking thru the campground and helping where they can. The views are awesome and the campground is centrally located in Death Valley NP.

Great campground centrally located in Death Valley. We stayed here to road and gravel bike. Has running water to fill bottles. All sites first come first serve. Never filled up

The good: You're camping near other tented campers and not RVs. Large potable water basin with several faucets where you can fill your water packs and bottles. Centrally located near Furnace Creek. Decent bathrooms. Picnic tables. Fire pit. The bad: Some, but not all, of the sites are very close together, so you will likely hear people throughout the night and early morning if you get one of these. It's incredibly difficult to stake your tent to the ground because it's mostly rock. My friend and I were at Site #18 and were only able to stake about 20% of our stakes between two tents. I suppose this may depend on which site you get, but be forewarned.

This campground offers place on first come first serve basis. The place is at a pretty decent location, very close to the furnace Creek campground. There are restroom facilities and water available at the site. We had an amazing night sky view. We also sited the valley fox here.

This is a great campground, set in a lovely location. Nice, fairly level sites. Water, flush toilets, and nearby dump station. No showers and no generators.

This camp ground came recommended by a Ranger in the park glad we listened… the other camp ground were more like parking lots where this one was more park like I guess you could say. The sites are first come first serve. The view was beautiful both at night and in the morning. Close to some fun trails and climbing. If tent camping bring heavy duty stakes the ground is rocky. As well as some good lanterns and flash lights you will need them for the restrooms. Happy Camping!

Okay for sure I have never given 4 stars to a National park RV campgroud! But the Death Valley Texas Springs Campground is unique. It is directly across the street from the Furnace Creek Inn and their top notch faciities, an oasis at the lowest elevation in North and Souty American. I was here for the beginning of the 49ers festival of Musis and festivities in November of 2021. This is an annual event for decades. Every night during the build up to the main music days, my friends and I enjoyed the music for a couple of hours each night in the Campground. During the days were biked hiked and explored this amazing area. Best in the cool months of the year.

The stars are so pretty here. If you are using a tent, I recommend the lower ring. It's all great though.

Happy with stay, but left early due to wind forecast (gusts to 60 mph!) Only my second camping trip ever as adult.
