We made a pretty large order from Ikea (something like 12-15 pieces) and TForce ended up being the ones to deliver it. Our order was delivered in two batches today and both times the delivery guys were friendly, quick, professional, and gentle with our stuff. The boxes are all in great condition. They were also well within the window of time that we were given which is honestly pretty surprising based on previous deliveries we've had from other third-party providers.

We were a little worried that the experience would not be great given their 1.9 star average review. Our experience was fantastic!

TRASH. Zara should end their contract with this piece of Garbage. Delayed my delivery for no reason and apparently it’s because there is a gate to my apt (which every other delivery company managed to get pass). Would leave 0 stars if I could. Leaving the U. S.tmr so I am never gonna get this package. First time writing a review because this company is actually outstandingly trashy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was told by IKEA that staff are not responsible for loading items into my car but the gentleman working helped me load it into my trunk anyway. Very nice!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Our Ikea furniture was supposed to be delivered on Feb 4th at our business facility. They came in the evening after the business hours and hence I asked them to deliver everything at the door to which they refused. Then they reschedule the delivery for Feb 10th which was a Sunday. I stayed the whole day in the office only to find out that they are not going to show up. Then they scheduled the delivery for Feb 16th and showed up at 5: 30 PM which again was after business hours for us. They didn't call 30 mins earlier as they claim to do so. Also, when I asked them to put the furniture inside, they said that it's scheduled for "curbside delivery". Now, how am I supposed to carry the heavy furniture and take it inside? This company is the most ridiculous company I have ever worked with! I don't even know why IKEA work with them.

IKEA sent me a notification email that my package was ready for pickup and that I had 3 days to pick up. I followed the available hours for pickup in the email and headed over to pickup. Upon arrival, I found the place location was closed. I was not the only customer there for a pickup.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My sister ordered me a sweater from American eagle. Said delivery was thru tforce in chula vista. I'm like I'm in national city. They "claim" to have attempted to deliver the package 3 times. I was home all 3 times & no package. They said they couldn't access my complex. It's a multiplex with a gate. I put in the notations if you can't get in, toss over gate. I also said, call my cell phone & I will come out. Neither happened. I emailed them repeatedly to fix the issue. Today after the 3rd supposedly attempt, they tell me it has been returned to the sender. I am less than happy

I've shipped about 15 pallets a week with TForce. They are very reliable. I only gave them 4 stars because I occasionally have problems with delayed delivery dates and damaged loads. Despite the occasional challenges, I find their overall service with the majority of my loads to be excellent.

The worst customer service. Package was never delivered and I was led to believe it is the problem with security gate. At the end, parcel was just lost or stolen.

Zero stars. Why is IKEA ruining their reputation by using this company? The driver was rude, immediately leaving the truck. Horrible experience. Extremely bad impression for IKEA, for whom they were delivering for.

We were like, hi, we can show you were to deliver the items. Immediate response was "where are we going? No, we're not doing that, we aren't going to deliver into the building". "An elevator, no, we will leave on the outside of the door, we aren't going to deliver inside". The paperwork says curbside delivery, we aren't going inside the building. " There were two of us during this horrible experience, kept looking at each other, like, what the heck is this guys problem.

The driver and assistant left items just inside the door. I was inspecting all the boxes, to ensure we had all the packages, and he kept rudely asking for the paperwork, of which there was only one copy. He ended up taking photos, and then walking out. I said that I would be contacting the company with a complaint, he said fine, I'll be calling my boss too.

They forgot one of our packages, I called back and let him know. His reply was, "you need to call my boss and have it delivered". I asked for the number to his boss, and the reply was, it's Ikea, you need to call them. I let him know that I would be contacting his boss and let them know. A few minutes later he called and said he would return with the remaining item.

They returned, passed by us, didn't say anything, didn't say they physically dropped off the items. We found them next to the door entrance.

If they had said the following, there would have been a great review, and I'm certain the conversation, and attitude would have been different.

I'm sorry sir, we don't deliver inside the building. According to our paperwork this is a curbside delivery, unfortunately, delivery inside wasn't chosen, thank you for understanding. I have a copy of the work order if you'd like to see it". Instead we received the extreme rudeness and attitude, immediately, I mean immediately when he left the truck.

I can fully understand if someone was having a bad day and has a bad attitude, However, you NEVER take out YOUR bad day on a customer, NEVER. If this is how the drivers treat their customers, I really don't know how you're in business.

I don't know why IKEA is ruining their reputation by using this company

Literally the worst logistics company zero stars if possible. Ordered a packaged the 25th and has been out for “delivery” since the 29th and has delayed ever since. No updates I had to call myself. They have made no effort to deliver my product and do not allow me to pick it up myself. If you ordered from Darc sport and waiting on your package GOOD LUCK

After reading the reviews I thought that this was going to be a nightmare, but they were super friendly and accommodating. The driver was as nice as a truck driver should be and the admin office ladies were very pleasant. Thank you

Terrible service, they have changed the delivery date 3 times, I spoke to get a response and they only say that it is on its way but it is all. I'm still eaperando my package

I been waiting for one order from Zara since friday and it didn't delivery. My second order from Zara was supposed to arrived today and with my first order and it still wasn't delivered. Both of my order from Zara where not delivered at all again.

I had a great experience. The order was on time it was complete and I live in a huge apartment complex so I was surprised the items were still delivered right to my door.

I recently bought a Google Pixel 6 and it was being delivered by this company, I never knew this company and wanted to see the reviews and then I realized that the reviews were horrible. I got concerned and hoped that nothing bad would happen to my order. April 4, the last day before the delivery went overdue, I got a notification that the delivery was being delivered today and actually arrived at my house at a good time. So I'll give this 4 Stars just because you managed to deliver my package, but everyone else seems to have a hard time with their deliveries, Hopefully it gets fixed soon though.

Two deliver attempts and both claimed no access to the building. However, I had given them instructions to call when they arrived and I've received no such call. Not sure how they manage to deliver for Google, but there's no sense of urgency or care from this company. If I didn't have to deal with them, I really wouldn't bother with them, but it is to my misfortune that they are responsible for delivering my product but continuously fail to do so.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for a transportation / freight company you are better off looking somewhere else. Don’t waste your money or your time with these people.

Forgot to put my delivery ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK.waited around the entire day. Called endlessly and they told me your delivery is scheduled for 1pm. Yeah I know it's now 6pm. Going out of town the next day for 2 weeks. So thank. I really appreciate the outstanding service you guys provide.
