Thai Dishes (Valencia), Santa Clarita CA

My family and I ordered takeout from here tonight. I was told over the phone it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived 50 minutes later and was told they were working on it. I waited inside for another hour and a half. I asked to cancel my order and kept getting the run around. The lady at the register said it’s almost ready and then charged my card. It was another 40 mins after she charged my card. I asked to just have my card refunded and she said it’s almost ready. She was very frazzled and the rest of the staff as well. A bunch of us were waiting on our orders and we were told to go Iook in the kitchen at the line of ticket orders they had lined up. If I would have been told it was going to be this long I wouldn’t have placed the order to begin with but to be told 45 minutes and to then have to wait this long was outrageous. People inside the restaurant that were waiting to be served canceled their orders and walked out. I’ve never seen anything like this. Will never order from here again. The food was just ok not memorable at all.

Very expensive. Menu doesn’t have prices so you won’t know until you get the crazy bill. They rush you when deciding what to order. Food was very good but over priced for Thai food.

Way overpriced! I ordered to go, they charged extra for beef without letting me know. And the meat was fatty and not fresh. And for the price, no napkin or sauces. I will not be going back!

Overpriced! We've only ordered take out from here so i've never actually been. The food is good, however tonight we ordered take out for the four of us and we were very disappointed in the portions for the price. My husband and I each ordered a curry dish with rice. The only difference is that i added broccoli to mine. These meals were $18.99 per dish, which we thought was pricy to begin with, but the amount of food we got was not worth this price. My husband received this tiny container and mine was double the size of his.because i added broccoli i'm guessing? They also gave us 1 container of rice to share. To me this was obnoxious for how much they charge. Food is decent but I will not be back due to how overpriced it is.

We had the best lunch there on Saturday! My cashew chicken was so delicious and our friend was a vegan and really enjoyed his food as well! Everyone there was amazing!

All the dishes we ordered were delicious. We got the pineapple fried rice, seafood soup, pad Thai, and pad see ew.

Food was good, it but I have had better on other visits here. I think they jusy dropped the ball this time a little.

Tasty food wide variety of dishes. Paula our waitress was excellent. Highly recommend this Thai restaurant.

The waiter over charge my card, when I told her she was all red and angry and refuse to give me back the money she over charge.

I went here for my birthday and it was wonderful! The service was excellent and when we told our waitress, Paula, it was my birthday she was just the sweetest thing and gave my family and I free Thai tea and a slice of cheesecake which my husband thoroughly enjoyed! I had a great time and I would gladly come again!

This is the quiantess family-owned Thai restaurant I've been in his long as I can remember. I can tell it's family-owned because of how great the service is and how attentive and professional they were. I really enjoyed it.

The mint leaves plate was delicious, a long with the dumplings. The Thai tea was very good and the mango sticky rice was also amazing. Definitely be coming back.

Green curry was delicious. The mild was perfect. Hola was a terrific hostess and took great care of us!

Thai Dishes is a lovely restaurant. The food is so flavorful and the service is fantastic. I would highly recommend!
