Thai Peru Restaurant, Camarillo CA

We went on a Sunday evening with friends. The decorations are beautiful and the food was SOOO delicious as always! But for some reason they did not want to give us ice water? It took almost about a half hour to even take our order, and at least another 30-40 minutes to receive our food. Hardly any other customers in the restaurant either. But food was very delicious. This is still our FAVORITE Thai restaurant!

Okay - I can understand why this is a 4 star restaurant, the FOOD is a FIVE but the restaurant is a bit overpriced. Don't get me wrong, I would still go back and eat again, but I would only do it for a special occasion. Also, we only tried their Peruvian dishes - everything was super well seasoned, and would consider this a solid Peruvian spot. I wanted to go back and try their Thai stuff, but then I saw the price and decided I could live without it.

Me and my husband have been eaten there once. The curries were not tested as curries at all. The curries were so sweet. They charged us $54 for 2 green curries. We will never go to there again.

We've enjoyed several dishes on numerous occasions, but the green curry is my favorite

I had the spicy eggplant and it was so delicious, just as all the food at Thai-Peru is! Also had, salmon sushi ala carte, which too, was stellar! And the staff and chefs are wonderful! Favorite place in Camarillo to eat.

Great place! Good service and food very good. Prefer the lunch menu, and great wine selection.

Local's sedate spot with friendly, low-key waitstaff serving Thai & South American standard dishes from exhaustive menu. Good value.

Food was good, service was great, the atmosphere needs some attention.
The table cloth at our table had burn holes in it and they use the men's room for storage.

Check your bill. They made roo many mistakes and they are adding 20% tip on the bill after service and tax, which actually 40%. Not cool! Good place, but this is 2nd time happening. Not going there again.too bad.

Awful customer service and don’t waste your time here. Over priced and just unpleasant employees

The food here was amazing! So many items to chose from, the owner is very experienced with making all different kinds of food! The servers are also really nice. We got our food really fast as well. I will be coming here more often to try everything on the menu! Not also to mention it’s really beautiful inside.

Best Thai food ever with amazing service! Been coming here for more than 10 years with my parents and family. Please support these folks. They deserve it. Very accommodating staff and delicious fresh food always. Try the Tom kha soup with shrimp, panang with shrimp, drunken noodles with tofu and basil fried rice with fish, and sticky rice with mango. You will not be disappointed

Everything was excellent. My wife and I loved the Pho Tak soup. My kids weren't too fond of it but most kids don't really care for soup anyways. It was very good. Entrees we had Shrimp Pad See Yew, Shrimp Pineapple Fried Rice, and chicken Pad Kee Mao.

All of it was so good! So delicious. It was a great experience, with great food and great people. This place is definitely special. I love the servers personality and hospitality.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in a great dining experience with amazing food and a huge wine selection. We'll have to come back and try the Peruvian menu next time. Saw a chocolate cake on the menu that looked rich and so delicious but we ate so much that there was literally no room for dessert. Next time.

Absolutely vile. I've tried to like it. We've ordered a half dozen times. Without fail they screw up at least one part of the order. Or the errant piece of chicken in a vegan dish. And it's way too expensive. The menu alone should tell you to run from this place

The menu is huge, everything was great, I got the seafood with noodles and the scallops and shrimp were huge, calimari perfectly cooked. The servers could be a little more attentive! Definitely coming back to try the duck and some other things I saw!
