Worst service I’ve had in my life.
The solar system at my house was installed by them so I’m forced to use them because of warranty. Took 2 weeks to get a technician out for a diagnosis. I asked to be updated what the issue was since I wasn’t home but wasn’t connected by them. I’ve left multiple messages and asked for a call back but nobody has contacted me. The issue is not fixed. Sun power asked the technician to reach out to me and he texted me a little about the issue but couldn’t answer my questions claiming that they need to come back to diagnose the problem. But nobody from the solar department is getting back to me to explain the issue or to schedule the new appointment.
Absolute joke.

Jorge and Rosy came to clean out and make minor repairs on the Leaf Guard gutter system at my house in El Cerrito. They were highly professional and efficient and did a nice job. Jorge was very helpful with advice as well.

Jorge and Rosy with Byers came out to our home and flushed out all our Byers gutters due to woodpeckers inserting acorns in them. Not only were Jorge and Rose punctual, efficient and professional but they were also very friendly. In addition, Jorge called the day before to confirm our appointment. Jorge and Rosy are a great example of Byers excellent customer service.

I bought a solar grid-tied system from Byer's. Their solar installers and staff were excellent. From sales to intallation all work was handled professionally and efficiently. Everyone was super informative, and the guys who worked at my house were friendly and knowedgeable. I want to thank Coryon, Luke, Brian, Jerry, Jimmy and Susan at the office for their work on this project.

When Byers says, "If your gutters get clogged, we'll clean them" THEY MEAN IT.
The sand used in the new fiberglass shingles and the dirt over time washing into the gutters finally caught up to us. Byers sent out two of the finest young men you will meet in a while. Without wasting any time, they disconnected the down spouts from the underground pipe that takes the water away from the house. They washed all the gunk and dirt out of the gutters, then washed the patio and walkways off leaving clean gutters and yard. And that is just another reason to call Byers for your LeafGuard gutters.

21 years after installation of leaf guard gutter and now it's full of shingle roof granules and dirt, and the rain water just fills it up and stands there. They did more recent work 4 yrs ago to fix flashing that goes to their gutter, but in heavy rain the water goes off the flashing and down my window straight below and now have window rot damage and rain also waterfalls off flashing into side yard, missing the gutter entirely.

Byers generally is great. It has put on a new roof and gutters in the past. Jorge and Rosy cleaned the gutters today, and they are terrific and delightful. We hope Byers sends them every six months to repeat the job; they present a wonderful face for the company.

Jorge and Rosy are a professional crew that worked rapidly. They were back to finish the job they had started but couldn’t finish on the first short visit. Jorge kept me informed of their progress throughout. He and Rosy were cheerful and outgoing.

Byers did a great job with my gutter installation. The product is excellent and the installation was done very well. The installers were very professional and communicated very well with us. I am very happy with my choice of Byers Leafguard.

After several years since original install, today we had a great maintenance service. Over the winter we had 8 ft of snow on our roof and the gutters had begun to sag. Jorge and his partner Rosey analyzed the problem and determined that a few support brackets had become loose or had broken. They put new stronger brackets on with extra long reinforcing screws to fix our drainage problem. Before leaving they also cleaned the interior of all of the gutters on our home. Great service!

Jorge and Rosy from Byers came out to clean our gutters. We have a large home and they cleaned every gutter! They were meticulous and thorough! In fact, they noticed some repairs that need to be made on leaking corners! I am grateful and very happy with the service Jorge and Rosy provided and would like Byers to ensure that when we need to have the gutters cleaned or repaired that Byers send Jorge and Rosy! Update: 17Apr2023, Jorge and Rosy were back today to address the leaking corners on our gutters! They did another wonderful job! It’s very refreshing to have them show up, work hard to get the job done, and have them know exactly what to do to fix an issue we were having with an extremely loud downspout! I highly recommend Byers Leaf Guard gutters, but I’m more impressed with Jorge and Rosy and the work they put in, above and beyond in my opinion, to ensure the gutters are sound and that we’re happy with what they’ve done.

Showed up in a timely manner and completed the installation very quickly. The old gutters were removed and the site was cleaned meticulously upon completion. The quality of these gutters, choice of color and the warranty is well worth the extra cost for a forever home. So glad I chose LeafGuard.

Byers always come through! After a hard long winter… our gutters did a good job but needed some repairs and a good cleaning. Jorge and Rosy did an excellent job! We hade them installed close to 20 years ago and since they are guaranteed, and have some leaks, I had them come out. Jorge and Rosie were prompt (actually they were a half hour early!). The gutters are clean now, but since that took the whole hour, we’ll schedule them to fix leaks on three corners. Those gutters are one of the best things we did to the cabin!

Byers was quick and professional in replacing my old rusty gutters. We chose the Leaf guard system as some of our gutters is very inaccessible and the team was quick to come out, quick to get the job done but extremely friendly and communicative. Thanks!

Byers guaranteed their leaf guard gutters for lifetime cleaning. We never needed it before, but after this wet winter, some of the gutters were overflowing. 25 years after we bought them, Byers honored the guarantee and cleaned out the gutters (the service tech, Jorge, said they really needed it).

Jorge and Rosy were extremely efficient and professional. They were prompt and kept me informed of the nature of the repairs. I would request them if I should ever need further service on both houses.

The technicians kept me informed of when they would arrive, were right on time and handled themselves politely and professionally while addressing the repair issue. I asked them to check on another area of concern that I had, which they did and provided me an answer to the issue. I was very pleased with the service received.

Due to the recent 2023 "100 year storm" it was discovered that the original gutter installation had a design flaw. Byers stood behind their product and fixed the issue at no cost to me. The gutters were orginally installed 11 years ago. Awesome company.
