4I had lived here in 2022 then I had moved but now I’m coming back, hands down one of the best properties to live at! They have always responded fast with maintenance and have always helped out in anyway they possibly can, these apartments truly did spoil me, the place im currently leaving is nothing compared to these! 10/10 recommend!
My husband and I moved in here just over three months ago and so far our experience from the move in until now has been pleasant. They keep the grounds here nice and clean. Recently I had a maintenance job that needed attention and Luis, the maintenance worker was very prompt and within a few minutes the job was complete and done very well! I also want to mention the office manager Brandy is always so kind and helpful, as well as Anita the assistant manager. They are so professional, yet personable and care about the tenants here.
I recently moved to the 3900 apartments and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I made. Anita from the office has been very kind and professional since I first met her and made the transition of moving very easy and efficient. Maintenance is done on time and you request it. I am very pleased and happy at the 3900 apartments.
The five stars belong to Anita. Her service attitude and professionalism are far above all the apartment staff I have visited. I think she is fully qualified to work in a better apartment.
