The Academy of Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Church

I contacted the enrollment Director in early December regarding enrollment for my daughter, she said that her assistant would reach out to me to proceed with enrollment and they were going for Christmas break so I would be receiving an email just before. I followed up beginning of January, never heard anything and followed up with a second email and the Director told me the spot was filled. She had said her assistant Director sent out a email to the people that were interested in enrolling their kids, so I called and spoke to the assistant, Director, Melina, who said that she overlooked emailing me, and now the spot for my daughter was filled.she was extremely rude and rushing me off the phone, she didn’t seem apologetic that I had been waiting a month now and all of a sudden the spot is filled when I was told it was open for my daughter. Now I have to start from Square one and reach out to different schools and see if they have any openings.
The two women I have dealt with so far who seem to be the ones running this school are rude and unprofessional, unorganized as well. I’m taking this as a sign and my daughter will be going to school elsewhere.

. Y daughter went to the Academy and we loved it. Now my son, who is special needs is attending the school. The staff teachers and director are such great human beings. They communicate with you all the time. We get pictures of him all the time. We loved them because he's always smiling. He was in another school previously that we had to remove him from because of the treatment I would recommend The Academy to everyone with small children.
