The Agrarian Hotel, BW Signature Collection, Arroyo Grande CA

A quiet hotel in Arroyo Grande. Very spacious home-style rooms. Very clean, modern bathrooms. All basic amenities (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, swimming pool, hot tub. More than enough power outlets in the room. Breakfast included. Complimentary wine hour from 4pm to 6pm. Super nice staff. Perfect location on the main street with the shops and restaurants and the famous hanging bridge. Only less than a minute drive to the main highway 101, so you can get to Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo in minutes. Best hotel in Arroyo Grande.

Stayed here in Aug 2023 and Tesla charging was free. We came back in December 2023 but it's no longer free. With this perk taken away, I'm not sure if I'll return again.

Other than that, the room is actually very comfortable and spacious. It is also pet friendly (with a $40 pet fee) and breakfast is included.

We stayed at the Agrarian for our group holiday party and they were very accommodating to our needs of having a party bus picking up and dropping off guests. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Airrick helped me at check in and was prepared with my party information which was so helpful. The provided breakfast was great to have ready to go in the lobby the next day. I enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future.

Absolutely Perfect! Whoever the guy was that checked us in, he was awesome! Super friendly, accommodating, went way out of his way to make our stay epic. Thank you for being excellent. This hotel is in a perfect location. Cleanest hotel room I've ever been in. Well done!

We were 3 people and got the 2 bed room.spacious rooms with a sit out balcony. Check-in and checkout was pretty smooth. Water bottles are complimentary.breakfast choices are a lot.there is a swimming pool and gym which we did not use.very close to AG downtown, walking distance to restaurants and shops

We spent 1 night here in July while passing through. The village is super cute and there was a small market during our stay. The hotel is fine for 1 night, we were a bit disappointed with check-in, the gentleman who helped us was clearly not having his day and was quite quick-witted while we didn't ask anything crazy and just wanted to check in. The breakfast was also a bit special, they had placed a table in front of the entrance to the breakfast room so that you could only order your breakfast through a lady, not really customer friendly and she wasn't really looking forward to it either. Shame.

After checking all the reviews and rating, I booked this hotel for our visit and we were not disappointed at all. Spacious and clean room, high ceiling, no carpet (hardwood flooring) great if you have pets. We ended up not bringing our pups which I regretted. Front desk steward, Airrick was super friendly and helpful. Great energy! Definitely will be on our list of hotels to stay at.

Great hotel, great service and the location is awesome. A real white picket fence small town experience

Unfortunately I cannot rate this best western well, the breakfast service being catastrophic. The room was closed and customers had to wait one by one behind the counter to be served, a shame. We had no access to anything except coffee and hot water. Only one employee to serve, totally overwhelmed and who could not ensure the cleaning of the tables which was done by the customers themselves. Everyone left hungry!

This was such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The pool was nice and clean and the service was great. Next time I'm in the area I definitely will stay here.

Centrally located in the Market area of Arroyo Grande. Shopping and restaurants near by. Walking distance.
Beaches and parks close by. Shell beach, Pismo Beach etc

It's a BW Signature hotel. This one is not bad for a Best Western. I stayed here because it is pet friendly and for its location right on Arroyo Grande's old town village close to restaurants, shops, and hiking trials. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and new.

We’ve stayed many hotels across the country. This one is the best! The room was super clean! The bathroom was perfectly clean. The bed was awesome! My family will stay this hotel again DEFINITELY! ’

I had to knock a star down due to where our room was in the hotel. Any room facing east will get the loud sounds of morning traffic. If you’re unlucky enough to have a diesel guest car running idle for 20 minutes forget about getting fresh air on the balcony. Also there are no queen beds onsite. However, everything else is great. Highly recommend a stay.

Very pleasant and stylish hotel located in the lovely and interesting downtown Arroyo Grande. Super convenient location right near tons of restaurants shops and coffee shops plus beautiful neighborhoods to walk or jog. The hotel is really nice with all the amenities you would want like a fitness center and snacks for sale at the front desk. There is also a breakfast included and a bar and happy hour in the evening. Close to the highway for easy access. Plenty of parking.

Best stay I could ever imagine. Eric made reserving a room quick and easy by phone. Check-in was fast. Both Eric and Viv offered excellent service. The room was amazing! Most comfortable bed ever for any of the hotels that I've stayed at over the course of several years. The room has lots of space. There is a view from the balcony. The setting of the hotel offers a nice path that was enjoyable to walk. Room was quite. Breakfast was better than expected offering several items. Food options in the area are within walking distance and there is a variety of options to choose from. If you are questioning the benefits for the price, trust that it is worth it especially compared to competition in the area.
