The Allergy Center at SacENT, Roseville CA

We liked Dr. Pandya, his explanations are clear and easy to understand, and all staff very helpful and friendly!

We have been going for allergy shots for about a year now. Just had our annual antigen update and are very happy with the service and results here. Symptoms have gone and no need to take daily allergy meds! Service tends to be quick and check in is easy with Apple wallet! 5 stars.

Dr. Pandya is amazing! So helpful, informative, and really wants the best for his patients. The front desk team was kind and efficient as well!

Came in with an allergic reaction to allergy shot. Front desk was very prompt and addressed immediately discreetly as to not draw any attention from lobby and I was in a room and being attended to by nurses pa’s and doctor within seconds. Very very professional and obviously they know exactly how to respond on all levels

The personnel was very attentive and polite. As well as quickly reacting to any problems of patients.

I really felt heard and what I said mattered. Dr. Gogna and staff are really friendly, pleasant and showed attention to details. The doctor is very thorough and explained everything to me and there was a lot to learn. I feel that I’m in great hands with their clinic. It’s a big & wide open office.

5 stars for Dr. P and assistant. Testing went smoothly.pre and post communications very thorough and attentive to my experiences and history. Very pleased with the plan.
Only negative was the front desk can not provide what the cost for any current or potential procedures despite having all my insurance information. She only provided my copay cost. Gave me a number to call billing department.
SB368 2021 requires a report of what my out of pocket expenses would be for delivery of services. “ It need not be a mystery”. Retired RNCM. After 45 years I’m still a patient advocate.

First time visiting the Allergy clinic for my daughter. The MA was awesome! My daughter really liked the doctor! He was great at explaining everything especially so the child can understand it.

Went with severe nasal issues. Dr Pandya takes his time, analyzes my symptoms and talks about a plan going forward.

Friendly, personable, easy to talk to, helpful. Love all the ladies in the back giving me my Xolair shots. Love Dr. Bowdish and Niagara Nijjar, easy to talk to, friendly, explains everything in a easy to understand way.

Love this center; the high science of their practitioners & the wonderful customer service! I would recommend them to any family suffering troublesome allergies and/or rare conditions needing consultation with immunology experts.
