Patrick was so amazing from start to finish! He confirmed with the warehouse that the chairs I wanted to purchase were definitely in stock and available to ship immediately. There was a slight defect in one of the chairs and he was able to get a replacement chair shipped right away. Patrick’s customer care and communication was outstanding! He answered emails on weekends and even called me with updates on tracking. The chairs are beautiful and I would absolutely order from The Alley Exchange again.

I ordered two deconstructed chairs and the matching couch from The Alley Exchange and I am delighted with the quality of materials, but more so, the customer service. I received email updates every step along the way. The couch didn't arrive at the same time as the chairs, but Patrick communicated and let me know when to expect my furniture. Usually I have to place phone calls and emails to find out where things are in the process, but The Alley Exchange was ahead of the ball. I will be using them again.and again:)

I cannot recommend the Alley Exchange highly enough. I ordered a few rolls of wall paper from them for a time sensitive project. When UPS messed up the delivery, the Alley Exchange literally bent over backwards to get the product to me in time. So thankful for their help! Fantastic product and incredible customer service. Unbelievable customer service! I reached out to the Alley Exchange after seeing an item in a photograph on their website that was perfect for my home (dining room chairs) but not on their website for sale. I got an immediate response and was told that they would be willing to bring that item into inventory for me. (Star 1!) I continued to communicate with customer service regarding the shipping and return policy of this item and continued to be impressed with their prompt reply's and thorough information (Star 2 &3!) When i finally did place my order i reached out to ask about the timing of this item and was informed that they anticipated my purchase and went ahead and bought 6 chairs in the event that i ordered and that the anticipated time of them arriving was minimal! (Star 4 and 5!) I felt like i was working with a small, locally owned store, not shopping on the internet. I can't wait for my chairs and to continue to shop and work with their incredible team of people!

Patrick is amazing! I have been eyeing a gorgeous wood fireplace mantel for a year; I finally caved in and ordered it. Once it arrived we realized the third party delivery company had delivered it broken. Patrick puts other stores/companies customer service to shame! If I called, he picked up.if I text he text back. He kept me updated on every move without me having to hassle him; something most would agree you can't get anywhere else. Ohhhhh and the mantle is gorgeous ️

The Alley Exchange has the coolest selection of items! More than that, they offer amazing customer service. When I sofa I ordered was delayed to to the manufacturer, they offered me a more expensive sofa for the same cost. While I passed up the offer due to time constraints, they couldn't of been more helpful. Patrick was very communicative, friendly and understanding, and issued a refund right away. It's very rare to find that quality of customer service these days, and I would definitely shop there in the future.

I have had the most positive experience with this company! Patrick and his team have been hands on from the second I ordered, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been entirely satisfied. I ordered the Honeycomb Parquet Island and the Ranchers Dining table, and the craftsmanship and quality exceeded all I could have ever imagined. Shipping was incredible quick and easy as well! Prepare to be impressed! Patrick has always been very accommodating and helpful, even with small seemingly “mundane” purchases. Recently I was in a jam for a anniversary gift and within minutes I had several catalogs to shop and a gift at my doorstep in just a few days.
