Professional and responsive - I appreciate being treated respectfully and my experience with AAC has been what I actually expected.

I am an active Acupuncturist and an American Acupuncture Council platinum member. I've attended several of their seminars hosted by Sam Collins and I have to say - no other person has instilled more confidence in my acupuncture practice than he has. The experience he brings to the table helps me and my staff optimize my practice so I can continue to provide the best care to my patients. I suggest being a member of the AAC to ANY acupuncturist out there - new or experienced. Thank you, Sam & the AAC crew!

I have been with AAC since I was first in practice over 20 years ago. While there are many different options available now, they have always been there for me and now offer a fast streamline renewal process too. I will stay with them as long as we are both in practice!

Has it been 25 years I’ve been with American Acupuncture Council? ! At least. I just renewed online and it was so easy. Well…enough said.

This insurance do have a problem. A fewer month ago I have a legal question and send a email to them. Nobody responds. After a few weeks I call them, the Rap transfer to claims/ legal department. No body answer. I left messages to voicemail. But so far no one call me back. I don’t know what’s going wrong.

AAC does a great job helping the acupuncture community. They're very professional, organized and keep me updated.

They’ve been great. I enjoy the monthly newspaper with relevant articles. They are very quick to answer my questions or concerns when I have them. And they were very easy to work with when I needed them most. Very happy to have their support.

The insurance billing and coding workshop was very detailed and clear, lots of helpful information. I appreciate that my questions were answered and unclear information that's plagued me for years was addressed - certainly ought to have taken this workshop sooner. All the written documents that were included will be of great help. Many thanks!
