The folks at Apothecarium are amazing! Super friendly, chill, welcoming and knowledgeable. Whether it’s your 1st or 101st time, they will assist you finding the right products and educate you. The selection is pretty good. My only ask would be an “all inclusive” pricing model in the website with the out the door prices listed. There’s an ATM inside and it’s easy to park (Marina, Soma). Sign up for texts and get a $5 discount!

Apothecarium cannibus club in San Francisco on Lombard hands down best customer service ever and products super high quality. They take cash or debit cards. Try them out. I’ve been going there since March 2019 and everytime is a 5 star service and just amazing people work there.

I’ve been coming here since it opened and have always received the most exceptional service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they’ve helped me select perfect products for myself, friends, and family by respectfully asking specific questions and providing detailed answers. They take the time to not only point out the best products, but to explain why and how they work. I appreciate that their recommendations seem thoughtful and curated specifically for me, and I’ve discovered so many great products for recreational use as well as pain management, relaxation, and sleep.

The store itself is beautiful, clean, and designed for an efficient and pleasant shopping experience. As if the store wasn’t welcoming enough, they give out dog treats, friendly pets, and words of praise for your canine companions. They really do their best to be sure everyone leaves Apothecarium happy— even the dogs.
