Worst customer service we ever had! Bought a microwave from them. We paid $105 for delivery and installation. When the installer came he claim that the installation work is complicated and asked for additional $65 to continue.

The installer open 4 screws and eventually did not manage to compete the work. He then took the money and leave the microwave uninstalled and left.

The manager called after we place an complaint. Unfortunately, his intention was not to comfort us but only to explain that is not their fault. Honestly, the call from the manager made us even more frustrated.

This is the place that will ruin your day. Will never come back again. Agreed with another bad review, they way they do business is a total disappointment. Good luck!

We purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and a dishwasher. When we paid, she went above and beyond what’s required of her to give a very reasonable discount. Lastly, she was very professional in the way she presented herself. I will be singing praises about our experience at this store and the staff when friends and family ask about our appliances.

If you’re looking to have your time and gas wasted and LIED TO on what they have and they don’t have this is the place to come! Drove an hour for range hoods they claimed they had and when I get here the excuse wagon comes on out. Bad way to do business
