I've used Arc pick up before with no problems and the last time I submitted for a pick up the guy didn't take over half the stuff which includes working microwave, wine rack and shoes that were boxed in great condition. He complained the shoes would fly around the inside of the truck. Definitely items that could have sold for money or been given to those in need.

I do not appreciate that you still use the r word! An association to help disabled people, yet you use the r word! Shameful

I went to ARC to entertain with my therapy dog. The people who work here are obviously dedicated and caring. The clients appeared happy. The area was clean. They do so much with a small budget here, the staff deserves a lot of credit.

Yes I work here, but the the reason I am writing the review is because Arc is a beautiful place to work. Especially the location I am in currently. No, we do not make much money but the company does whatever it can to show us how much they appreciate us. The people we work with make every single day an adventure and the surrounding community is absolutely amazing to us. That old nasty line between "us and them" is non existent around here and all of us have a place. Just as it should have always been. Thank you to The Arc for erasing those lines.
